Location, the kitchen and having a washing machine was definitely a plus. Beds and lining were very comfortable, and the TV and Wi-fi worked well. It is very close to Dotombori.

- ALL filters were absolutely dusty (AC, bath and kitchen). - Wouldn't hurt to make at least some salt and oil available. - they asked for my personal data a few days before my arrival (which I didn't send bc it was way too soon) and, a day before my arrival, they said my password would be blocked until I sent all required info. Very VERY uncomfortable. I've traveled a lot in Japan, to many places (Osaka included) and that was a first. These info are usually required during or even by the end of my stay, not before it.

Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Communication with the operator was excellent-responses were almost instant, and they were always helpful and friendly. I really appreciated how smooth and easy the check-in process was. Definitely recommended! The location was perfect: right in the heart of the city, close to all the best restaurants, cafés, and shopping spots. Everything was within walking distance, making it so convenient to explore. I especially loved strolling around the neighborhood in the evenings-it felt safe, lively, and full of charm.

Everything was clean and the place was easy to find. Beds are confortable. Underground is 10 minutes walk.

At first i thought that the rooms were not as pictured but it’s just that they were a little less decorated than on the photos which is not a big deal. The streets surrounding the hotel are very dirty (which is not the fault of the owner of course) and we could hear many noises from outside during the night.

The apartment was clean with big beds. Mattress was soft & comfortable. Pillows were a little too soft for my liking. Kitchenette was well equipped. Able to prepare simple meals. Would have been better if they provided dish cloth. Bathroom & toilets were clean. Washing machine added a bonus for us to do our washing before departure. Instructions on checking in & how to access the property was clear & easy to follow. There’s a supermarket within walking distance. It’s about a 15 min walk fr the train station.

The locations is simply perfect for exploring Osaka and commuting to Kyoto, Nara and Himeji. Perfect deal for this price. The only downside was that the trash was collected usually around 11:30 PM but it only takes about 2/3 minutes and the noise is gone. Really recommend this accommodation.

I loved the location every thing is actually walking distance.

Check in time was too late like 1600 hrs .so it was inconvenient.however since we were allowed to place our bags outside the door untill we chk in was better .but the check out is 10 am which is strange

• The location is great. 10 mins walk from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-suji. • A lot of small restaurants and vending machines nearby. • Few minutes walk from the nearest Family Mart. • The room was comfortable enough for the 3 of us. • The room was clean and everything was working perfectly fine. • They provided laundry detergent and trash bags for us to use. • They are very responsive with our questions. • Detailed check in and check out guidelines. • What you see is what you get. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent location to the east of Osaka's vibrant Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori districts, lots of amenities in walking distance (bigger supermarkets, great food places), very modern and clean room that felt like a cross of a business hotel and an apartment, easy to check in and out, safe

A bit of a walk to the next metro station, but not a huge issue

The room was very clean, with all the amenities that I may need. Just good enough for 3 people.

All good except the distance, its kinda difficult to walk about 10mins specially if you are bringing big luggages then bring them up or down to train stations. We had to use a local transport company to bring our luggages to our next destination which was a cool thing.

An amazing stay! Apartment had everything you need and was very clean and comfortable. Very much enjoyed our stay here and will return in the future. Close walk to coin laundry for dryer (room has washer) and a close walk to Dotonbori. Highly recommend!
