Really good location close to dotonbori, the hotel facilities really good and the employees very nice. The room was big, only the bathroom was small for us.

Large rooms, friendly staff and great location

Great location, clean rooms. We left the keys in the room and the staff helped us send them to Tokyo very quickly.

The property was in a brilliant area, short walking distance to trains and Dotonbori! The amenities provided were brilliant and staff were really friendly and super helpful

The room and bathroom were both dusty and could have done with a bit more of a room clean as we were staying for a prolonged period

Very spacious and close to Namba

A bit far from the station and too little amenities. There is only one elevator and we had to wait several minutes because a lot of people were checking out at the same time.

Room was never cleaned during our stay, only the towels were changed.

The property had large rooms and a refrigerator included with a small balcony. Next to a Family Mart which is convenient.

Our room was gross, there was layers of dust on everything including the tv remote and on the vent of the fan in the shower. There was dust in every corner of the room. We pushed the 2 beds together (we asked for this before arriving and it wasn’t done) and below the bed was an old sock and layers of dust on the floor. We asked to have the room cleaned three times and all they did was make the bed and leave new towels. The 3rd time we complained the dust below the bed was finally vacuumed but the dust in the shower vent and in the corners was still there. They did not offer luggage forwarding to Haneda Airport and did not offer very many obvious extra amenities. It’s a bit out the way from things to do in Osaka but that means it’s a bit of a quieter area.

Pretty clean especially for the area it was in, ceiling in the room was very high too and had some cute Christmas decorations

The room I was in was like, directly connected to the entrance through a window thingy? I don't know how to describe it but I was able to hear like, every conversation from the front lobby area so that was a little annoying.

It was a place to sleep. It's somewhat spacious.

It is very dirty. It's between public transport stations so a bit more walking is required. There's no sound proofing so you can hear everything from the corridor / outside.
