The hotel was fantastic overall. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping service was very efficient. I also appreciated the wide array of amenities available for guests to take and the convenience of having a vending machine on the ground floor. The staff were also very efficient.

The breakfast was below average and could benefit from an updated menu with better options to appeal to a wider range of people. While the location was central, offering equal walking distance to four different metro stations, I would have slightly preferred something a little closer. However, I did sometimes enjoy the walk through the area.

All the personnel were very polite, friendly and helpful, which made our stay really great. Our hearts melted when they offered umbrellas on a rainy day, in other hotels you need to rent it. The rooms were tight, but it was expected and there was everything we needed. We loved the location as well - in a quite area, but a walkable distance (15-20 min) to the vibrant Dotonbori streets full of restaurants and people.

We really liked this hotel - it seemed very quiet even though it was booked out during our stay. The front desk staff were also very friendly and provided us with fresh towels even on days we missed our cleaning. Also Netflix on the tv is a big win especially for one of the rainy days we had in Osaka. We found the location perfect as we were on a quiet street but almost everything was in walking distance include 3 different metro stations which got us directly to Nara one day and Kyoto another.

Good value for the money. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room is small, but clean and has everything you need. Bed is pretty comfortable too. Location is nice, 10 min walk from multiple different metro stations, easy to get around.

Room is a bit too small to have two people with two big suitcases in it, but we made it work by just opening one suitcase at a time and taking as little stuff out as possible at once.

I like the common area where you could eat, it is spacious and has cutleries available for self-service. There's free water too and sleepwear during stay

The checkout time is too early compared with other hotels. Their hotels checkout time is 10am, which is too early. Once you exceeded, you will pay 1500yen per hr

Excellent location and a nice hotel which was clean with lovely and really helpful staff. Room was on the small side but this is typical of the area and not a slight on the hotel but if you wanted more space then look to pay more at a different hotel. The room for the price was fair and everything else made it a lovely stay.

The buffet breakfast is good, they do not offer same set of meals daily. Location is just 6-7mins walk to Nippombashi Metro station, and just 20minutes walk to Dotonbori street.

Space is small, well maybe same with most of the hotel rooms in Japan. But enough for 2 big luggages, and decent location to rest from whole-day activities

Free amenities at the lobby was topped everyday. Aircon worked without issues. Shower head pressure was excellent and heating elements for shower and bathtub worked perfectly.

Location was quite some distance away from the nearest train station. Pillows were soft, had to request for another pillow to be abit more comfortable.

I like that the cleanliness was well maintained and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options.

the check in was at 4pm which is a little late. I wasn't feeling good and so I had requested for an earlier check in. they did allow but for a fee at 1000 yen per hour. But I'm glad that I did pay as I was suffering from heat exhaustion and was ready to collapse.
