Location is good, walking distance to dotonbori. Many restaurants nearby. Close to subway.

The room is cleaned every 8 days ONLY. Who stays in one hotel for 8 days of travel?! I understand it’s to save for the planet, but 8 days was too much. To clean up the room every 2 to 3 days is more comfortable for travellers.

The location was very convenient! I brought a lot of luggage and so I was glad that most of the path to the station was flat/ there were elevators connecting to the shopping centre which got me to the nearest station. I was also really pleased with the overall cleanliness of the place. The bathroom was great and the facilities were helpful.

I think it would be better if they had more washing machines. I arrived late at night, around 10pm, and there were only 2 washing machines available and so it was a bit frustrating waiting until 12-1am for people to be done - only to realise that the previous user wasn't going to collect their clothes immediately. I'm glad the staff helped me take their clothes out so I didn't have to wait any later.

I spend two weeks here and was very comfortable. Check in and out both went smoothly. The location is ok, not too far to walk to America Mura and Running Man, National Bunraku Theatre is right down the block.

People leaving their towels and trash out in the corridor took some getting used to, but since I didn’t spend all that much time in my room, it wasn’t that big a deal. Only down sites were that there was an ice machine in the lobby but no container for ice in the room and that the (mandatory) flashlight and earthquake safety instructions were missing.

Brilliant location - right by the canal and walking distance to all the shops. Super helpful staff! We were able to leave our luggage before check-in when we arrived early. Upon arrival back at the hotel, our bags had kindly been placed in our room. Great facilities in the room and I liked that the hotel are trying to be more sustainable by not providing single-use plastic bathroom items!

It wasn't a problem for us as we had backpacks but the floor space in the room was small so others might struggle to open out suitcases.

Room was much spacious than most. It was very comfortable and nice. Location was great - 5 minute walk from the main old streets like Dotonbori.

The staff started cleaning, banging and vacuuming in front of my door at 8 AM. I was still sleeping some of the days and it wasn't pleasant at all. Also the carpets, especially in the corridor were very stained and it looked bad. :(

The location is really good and close to Dotonbori. The price is fair and the room is spacious for these types of hotel! And the staff was really friendly and even let me wait in the lobby after checkout to charge my phone. Would stay again just based of how lovely the staff where!

There was a couple of hair left in the toilet from the previus guest, but i did not mind it to much.

Top location near the Dotonbori, nice and helpful staff, the cleaness, the facilities look pretty new, I like the stay very much. Breakfast Budget are very nice too. The price we got was also very affordable considering the location.

Room size are pretty small, I guess this is a common phenomenon is japanese budget hotels.

The hotel is 8 mins walk to the train station and 5 mins walk to the main district of Dotonbori. The perfect stay that is value for money if you're staying in Osaka for a couple of days.

The room is small but it's normal in Japan. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about.
