Sound proof room and the cleaning service ,hotel is close to a convenient store and a supermarket,there are many restaurants not far away,walk to shisaibashi within 15 minutes.

The exit nr.6 of metro line k(6 minutes by foot from hotel)is without elevator,who carries a heavy luggage will have some problems if needs to use metro.The breakfast is available from 7 to 8,30 am,in my personal opinion it closes too early.

I really enjoyed the location! It was on a quiet and vibrant side street, and walking distance to the wonderful shopping area. Subway station also close buy. The hotel room had newer carpet. The interior could be updated to something more vibrant. Room can comfortably accommodate two people Super value hotel. They offer free coffee and tea, which was nice in the evenings after a long day of sight seeing. I would stay here again! Excellent customer service and amenities provided.

Everything. Enjoyed the variety at breakfast which changes daily, the location was close to shopping, convenience stores, eateries, laundromat and train station. Free filter coffee and miso available all day.

Tour groups use the hotel, which means you have to time it right to find a seat at breakfast some days. The entrance is on the side of the building where the outdoor covered smoking area is. You have to walk through this to access the hotel.

The staff are friendly. The breakfast it’s ok but tasty. The location is close to restaurants and shops, the bridges and all the vibrant places. The hotel is clean , the bed was big even though the room in general is small as well as the bathroom. But don’t mind if you there just for a short stay or just going back to sleep.

Hard to find and easily confused by the other Crystal hotels. Both the tourist information centre and a local of Osaka typed in the address into their phone or GPS maps and both sent us to the Crystal hotel 2. This was. Very frustrating. We saw a large group of people arrive at the Crystal 4 and they were at the wrong one and had to all leave and find the correct Crystal. So this is very very confusing

Good stay in the heart of Osaka, a short walking distance from the main attractions with a good and healthy Japanese breakfast. The staff was helpful and hotel was very clean.

Although functional and having all that we needed the size of the room was very small. The timing of breakfast was limited, but it served as a motivation for us to get up early and enjoy Osaka more.

The room is clean, the breakfast is good. It's 6 minutes to Nagahoribashi station

Kinda tricky if you are clueless where is the entrance is. It's the big square wood. Sometimes if you are tired of walking, remember add up 6 minutes walk from Nagahoribashi St to the hotel

The location was really good, a lot of stores around and near Dotonbori. The check in was easy. The breakfast was included and good. The possibility to stay in the breakfast room in the evening and even get some free drinks (water, tea and ice coffee)

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located within walking distance from Doutonbori attractions. The room was small but adequate for a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel held our luggage until check in time as we arrived early.

The buffet breakfast was a little bit indifferent.
