Sound proof room and the cleaning service ,hotel is close to a convenient store and a supermarket,there are many restaurants not far away,walk to shisaibashi within 15 minutes.

The exit nr.6 of metro line k(6 minutes by foot from hotel)is without elevator,who carries a heavy luggage will have some problems if needs to use metro.The breakfast is available from 7 to 8,30 am,in my personal opinion it closes too early.

Breakfasts were good buffet

Hard to find and easily confused by the other Crystal hotels. Both the tourist information centre and a local of Osaka typed in the address into their phone or GPS maps and both sent us to the Crystal hotel 2. This was. Very frustrating. We saw a large group of people arrive at the Crystal 4 and they were at the wrong one and had to all leave and find the correct Crystal. So this is very very confusing

Good stay in the heart of Osaka, a short walking distance from the main attractions with a good and healthy Japanese breakfast. The staff was helpful and hotel was very clean.

Although functional and having all that we needed the size of the room was very small. The timing of breakfast was limited, but it served as a motivation for us to get up early and enjoy Osaka more.

The room is clean, the breakfast is good. It's 6 minutes to Nagahoribashi station

Kinda tricky if you are clueless where is the entrance is. It's the big square wood. Sometimes if you are tired of walking, remember add up 6 minutes walk from Nagahoribashi St to the hotel

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located within walking distance from Doutonbori attractions. The room was small but adequate for a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel held our luggage until check in time as we arrived early.

The buffet breakfast was a little bit indifferent.

Location was superb.

Size of the bathroom. Varying degrees of willingness to help from staff. I got conflicting advice on transporting suitcases, got the feeling the person on the day didn't want to do it and told me it wasn't possible, turns out he was wrong.

The neighborhood wasn't so nice. And for cleaning you had to leave your key to the reception but to get it back you just had to say the room number, nothing to sceure your identity. Felt unsafe.

Great location and not far from the downtown location. Close to stations. The staff were nice to us. We just needed a place to sleep and something that was a good location to start our explorations. We loved it and served us great.

We had a small room. Don't expect anything great. But for the price, it was good.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is located very close to the train station and shopping streets.

Breakfast did not have many choices - You do pay an additional fee for it however it is not worth it.
