Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious!

Only 5 minutes walk from Hommachi station and 2 stations away from Namba or Umeda. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby and also a udon shop. You can walk from the hotel through Hommachi, Shinsaibashi, and straight to Dotomburi and Namba area. I booked a twin bedroom, and the space is quite big compared to other hotels I've stayed in Japan. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the wifi makes me cry... the wifi connection is so unstable, none of my device can have a connection

Super trendy hotel with a very cool lobby, in an excellent central location in Osaka that is easily accessible by public transit. The 7/11 is directly across the street, which was SO nice for getting morning coffee and snacks. They have coin laundry that you can use on the first floor. Room was clean, and WAY bigger than I expected it to be.

This hotel has a trendy feel, very vivid decoration, small rooms but plenty for my needs. Short walk from several transit stations, reasonable walk from dotonbori and other tourist destinations.

Bathroom is very clean, room is adequately warm and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and location is very good. We had a nice stay at the hotel.

Breakfast needs more food choices

Proximity to shopping streets and eating places, comfortable bed and abundant hot water

Lack of variety in breakfast and difficult for the person sleeping near the window to get out of bed

Nice hotel, efficient staff. Well equipped room and bathroom. Free Happy Hour was a lovely bonus after a long day! Quiet area.

Nothing we didn't like really. Rooms are tight. No room for big suitcase but not really issue if you organised.

Central location to subway stations. Good area for food also. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
