I like the value for money and the room service. Excellent. The room had small features that I appreciated so much, like the heat from the mirror in the bathroom, the shower with the microbubbles... toiletries available at the front desk(including oils and creams). They would give you towels at an appropiate time. The room had some more inches than other ones available for booking at other places and that made a difference.

I wish I wouldn't have the extra furniture (like a 2 parts mini sofa-like seat) because our luggage wouldn't fit under the bed (anything wouldn't fit under it).

the room was spacious for a family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). we thought it would be too small given Japan standards for hotels but it was surprisingly comfortable. the rooms were clean, good enough space, and the layout is perfect allowing guests to use the loo if necessary and another to take a shower. the beds were big enough to be comfortable and we had a mini lounge in the middle of the room for us to eat. the rooms were also cleaned everyday and provided us with fresh towels for everyone. they also provided amenity kits for the 3 kids. location is very very good as you can have a 10 min walk to Shinsaibashi without the noise and the crowd. Konbinis everywhere and its also next to a luxury hotel which we had the pleasure of going for fine dining or just to relax.

though the rooms were cleaned everyday, the cleaner left an unsatisfactory smell after cleaning the room (read as BO). its really nitpicking but in other hotels, they dont usually leave this kind of smell, or they would spray room spray to keep the room smelling fresh. other than that i wish the hotel would have a coin operated laundry machines to do laundry. the nearest is about 7 mins walk away and it's not convenient when you have to do laundry at night.

Decent sized room for the price great views from the 13th floor. The mattress was comfy, slightly firm. 2 elevators so majority of the time the wait wasnt too long for one. great location to 3 stations and a 20 minute walk to Dotonbori.

The fridge in the room froze everything, not sure why, tried fiddling with the dial but no matter which way you turned it, still froze everything haha pillows weren't overly comfy, the feather pillows you could never get a good spot and the memory foam pillows were super firm.

The location is perfect and we had a lovely room with a corner window, meaning a lovely view of the city skyline. The room was cleaned to a good standard and the staff were pleasant.

Even though it was advertised, the parking wasn't available to us, however this wasn't so bad as there was reasonable parking nearby. The breakfast was fine, but I'm not sure it was worth the money, the options were limited and unchanging. The bed, overall, was comfortable, however the pillows were very hard. I've heard this might be a cultural thing but definitely a shock for me as westerner used to fluffy pillows. But these are all relatively minor and didn't not impede on the enjoyability of our stay.

The hotel's location is excellent. Hommachi metro station is within walking distance, 7-10 minutes and Sakaisuji Hommachi station is a bit closer. The room was comfortable but small (about 12 square meters) for two persons with heights of 1.8 and 1.9 meters and (only) one large piece of baggage. It was cleaned regularly, and the towels were changed every day or two. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, which was not spacious, had everything we needed: 'traditional' Japanese toilet seats and a bathtub. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with comprehensive options. It was served in a restaurant within the building. There was a great view of urban Osaka from the upper floor where the room was located. A downside was that it gets pretty warm inside during the sunny part of the day, so we slept with an open window.

I have no complaints, except for a small one - the room size. But that's Japan, and most budget hotel rooms are not spacious enough for typical Europeans.

Staff were absolutely lovely and sweet. Very helpful. Room was clean.

Breakfast was a little interesting as it was Japanese style. However as the photo had bacon and eggs we were expecting a more western style buffet. Due to allergies this limited what could be eaten. A bit difficult to get to if using public transport. Pillows weren't great but was still able to get a great night sleep

Great location, very close to the metro station that connect the main lines, so most of sightseeings are accessible without a need of transportation transfers. Many combini stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. In a walking distance from the Shinsaibashi shopping street. Convenient room. Good wifi connection.

The bathroom was clean but sometimes there was an unpleasant smell.

Great location with 2 train stations within 300 meters fr hotel. Several convenience stores in the neighbourhood, along with several restaurants where you can enjoy Japanese meals. Room was spacious enough for 4 adults. Separate toilet and shower facilities which made it easy for 4 adults to manage using the facilities. Comfortable beds, no noise from street level or other guests in same floor which made it ideal for sleeping at night. Staff were helpful with queries, if a bit abrupt, but not a biggie.

Everything about it was great , the location was great since we don’t like over crowded places , the staff was amazing very helpful very kind , we did not take the breakfast cause we were out all day the have 7/11 close by and not to far from the train station , they always cleaned the room and always stack our amenities including pajamas which was a very nice touch since we got there late and didn’t had the strength to look for ours
