The hotel was located at a business district. It was quiet and had a lot of convenient stores nearby. It was within walking distance to the subway station which was nice. There's an elevator and luggage storage in the lobby. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed sheets/towels were changed and toiletries were replenished daily. There was a washer and hangers were provided to allow clothes to dry in the shower. Toiletries and instant coffee/tea were provided. There was mini fridge, microwave, and small table with two chairs to sit and eat.

The hotel does not have a reception desk or receptionist which made it difficult to have our luggage delivered from another hotel. We had to check-in using one of their computers located on-site upon arrival but the instructions never informed us of this. The elevator has a security camera built-in where you can see what the people are doing in the elevators as you stand waiting for the elevator to come down to the lobby. The lobby can get quite cramped if there's a lot of luggage stored and the housekeeping is working/putting stuff away.

I liked the location and the amenities the hotel had.

Although this was an extraordinary situation, there was an incident in the building for which the firefighters had to come and the building had to be evacuated for a moment. I consider it would be ideal to receive an explanation from the hotel of what happened as we did not know what happened.

The room is so clean and comfortable to stay-in, I also like the good smell of entire room including the beddings, separate comfort room from bath room, fully equipped with appliance such as ref, microwave, kettle, cooking stove, washing machine, and flat iron. Daily housekeeping and overflowing supplies of coffee, tea and toiletries. I am impressed with the fully automated lights and airconditioning system and fully controlled heating system. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers.

One of the best places I‘ve ever stayed. Clean and comfortable apartments (despite the limited space in a large city). Immaculately clean in shape. Seamless check-in and check-out procedure with number codes. Very nice location in a quieter neighborhood half way between the bustling areas of Umeda and Namba / Dotomdori, but well connected by Metro and with a number of pleasant restaurants, bars and coffee places around. Perfect for a city stay in Osaka.

Spacious and excellent facilities. It had a kitchenette with an electric hob, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The wet room also had a fast dehumidifier so it meant that we were able to wash and dry clothes a couple of times during our stay so a huge plus. It also had a projector for TV. Close to Hommachi metro station, a couple of stops away from main Osaka station.

It was a little far to walk to central Osaka, however good value for money for apartment.

the location and the hotel, very easy to check in

Nobody was there. we had 2 consecutive reservations because I couldn't extend one. I asked multiple time to combine them it was the same room room Type. I was told they couldn't do it and we were forced to check out and check in back. this was also bad for them as they had to clean the room from scratch. I couldn't even leave the luggage downstairs. No human interaction no personal touch.

This accommodation has a self-check in concept. Instructions were sent to us in advance. It worked out fine. Everything was very modern. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a small kitchenette (without utensils, dishes and such). The building has an elevator. There is an option for temporary luggage storage. The location is convenient, close to the station, with shops and restaurants nearby.

Property is in quite area. 20 minutes walk from centre and 7 minutes walk from closes subway Property is very clean and stuff is happy to help.Very easy selfcheck in.Even though we arrived past check in time didn’t have any issues Would highly recommend the property and would book there again without hesitation

Excellent value for money and location. Very clean. Drying function in the bathroom was helpful.

No plates or cutlery, only paper cups, despite the full kitchenette. Also a good washing machine but you have to provide your own washing detergent.

I would recommend this place to stay because it is clean and quite spacious for a family of 4. Easy self check-in process. It has small kitchen, washing machine and balcony to dry clothes. My inquiries through email was answered promptly.

The location was ok. It’s in a business district. Quite far to walk if u want to go to dotonbori.
