The location is really great and near a subway. The room was fine with all you need. Bathroom was fine, each day clean towels was nice. Checkout was really fast thanks to automatic checkout if you don't need to pay something extra. If you plan to just sleep at hotel and travel during day it was great. There is also 7/11 across the street ( like 10m away) if you like. Charger / controls next to bed ( sadly just usb-A , but its still fine ).

Only downside was that the mattress was worn out in one spot a little. For some people maybe central AC, but the temperature was okay for me.

The room was very nice and standard of APA hotel, despite being small, it has everything and is fairly comfortable to stay. The hot spring was pretty enjoyable and the crowdedness information on the TV was very helpful.

The breakfast was pretty lacklustre (especially for the price it was commanding), and could do better with either higher quality ingredients, or more variety. The hot spring perhaps could be open longer into the night, as so to have a better chance to enjoy it.

Located walking distance from metro station. Spa facilities in basement, almost open 24 hours a day. Room has everything and everything you could possible need. Daily garbage and towel change. Room had a good sixe bed, desk and tv, however the walking space in the room is limited therefore ideal for solo traveller or a couple who dont mind being in the other persons personal space. Microwave on third floor. Family mart across the street. Grocery store 2 blocks away. In more of a working area, however easy acess to metro and train station. I would stay again as well as reccommend.

Very tigh walking space within the room.

Very clean and well serviced daily. Staff very friendly. Bed comfortable. Very clean bathroom. Onsen (single sex) very clean and refreshing. Very close to Yodoyabashi station. Commuting very easy with fantastic rail system available. Convenience store directory across the road. Several restaurants within walking distance. Opening window for fresh air.

Very very small room,even for solo traveller. Perhaps due to being in business district, travellers with larger cases are not catered for. My stay was 10 nights and I barely had room to walk around. Had to stand in suitcase everytime I needed to get into the bathroom.

Enjoyed the added onsen, small but well maintained. Also great breakfast buffet. Very Japanese style. The area itself is a business district so dnt expect too much nearby, but lots of convenient stores nearby and a few small restaurants. 3 blocks to the underground subway which can get you to the busier areas pretty quickly. Lovely helpful staff.

The property is old and despite the front facing facade, you can tell by some of the fixtures and fittings, altho it’s not a deal breaker. The room was absolutely tiny, smallest I’ve stayed in and was quite difficult to keep my room tidy as a result.

For the price and what the hotel chain is positioned for (affordable short stays), it is fantastic. It is clean and has extra amenities, the staff were helpful and you’d be hard to get the same quality for similar priced hotels in North America. It is an inn like holiday inn. It is just a one station away from Umeda.

The wallpaper in my room was tearing and there’s a drain on the floor just in front of the sink so you’re standing over a slight indent but very small thing! It is still impressive use of a small space

The room was small, but nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. There is a small public bath with sauna and washing machines. The staff is kind and helpful.

We found the location quite inconvenient as there is nothing really interesting or much to do in the area, but the metro station was not too far, so it was ok.

The hot bath at the basement. I bathe there everyday, almost not using the shower in my room anymore. It's open until 1AM. It's the most desired thing why i book in this hotel. The location is also good -- in the middle between Dotonburi and Umeda. There's also a 711 right infront of the hotel, so convenient for late night snack.

room is a bit small but that's typical for APA hotels.

The location of the Hotel is very ideal, both Kitahama station and Yodoyabashi station are within 5 min walking distance making train travel around Osaka very easy. The hotel room felt a bit small initially but I got used to it and it became comfortable, therefore very good value for money. The staff have also been very helpful in supporting me with a request to look after a personal item I left at the hotel even after I finished my stay there. They take customer service very seriously and it shows in there conduct!

While the price is relatively cheap, the hotel does not feel like it. Also, I really enjoyed the public bath, and the breakfast that provides both western and asian style foods. The room itself was tiny, but well organized (they even thought about orienting the aircond away from the bed). This is a great deal for people that do not care for having a large room with extra empty space.

Only a few tiny things: - pillows are not comfortable. But the type of pillows used seems quite popular in Japan. - the water pressure in the toilets is too low to properly wash out residuals. - the public baths are too hot to my personal taste (I think water was 42 degrees).
