Room space

The reception staff were very kind, and the location of the hotel is right next to Kitahama station, which makes it convenient to visit various places in Osaka by metro. The hotel reception offered umbrellas to guests when it was raining, which I really appreciated. Lots of cafes and convenience stores in the neighborhood. The Executive room was of a good size, especially for a single traveller, and clean.

There was a constant smell coming from the bathroom (which was bearable by keeping the bathroom door shut), and a bit of noise from the nearby main avenue. The bed could've been more comfortable.

Location, Price, room, cleanliness, bathroom, breakfast. While checking out early in the morning, this young helpful lady at front desk went down to kitchen and got us some breakfast packed (as it was earlier than 7 AM) along with some juice. I requested for Iron (beforehand through Booking.com message), but it was not already in our room. They just give it to me at checkin and carry myself (Iron and Ironing board) along with my luggage (3 pcs) when we checked-in late in the evening (we left luggage to store earlier in the day). In other properties we stayed during our trip, our luggage was already in the room when we dropped it to store before check-in (someone mentioned they did it for them at this property, but not what I got as an experience). Also, free bottled water may add some value (got it everywhere else - 2 bottles per day). The Royal Park Canvas Osaka Kitahama nearby have better service, rooms, and free drinks/coffee/teas.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it was another great stay. The hotel is located in the business district of Osaka but it's just around the corner from a subway station and it's quick and easy to get to tourist areas on the train. Check-in was smooth and efficient and my room was a pretty good size with all the necessary amenities. The staff were all really helpful and friendly if I needed anything. Wi-Fi was fast and it worked well. Breakfast was good with a nice mix of Japanese and Western dishes. There were lots of nearby places to get food / snacks. Overall it's a great place to stay and it's nice that the area is a bit quieter.

I think the last time I stayed here the hotel had vending machines for drinks etc. - these seem to have been removed now which is a shame. But there are convenience stores just round the corner so it's not really a big issue.

The location of the hotel was very nice as it was close to both Kitahama and Yodoyabashi stations. It is also close to Nakanoshima, a perfect place for strolling during the day and night. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Another pleasant surprise that I got was a free upgrade I received, unfortunately I was only there for one (1) night. Everything exceeded beyond my expectations. The room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was even a couch for use. The bathroom was also a little bit bigger than the usual business hotels in Japan. Overall, I give the hotel a ten out of ten.

Fortunately there was nothing I did not like about this hotel! I would like to commend the staff for being professional. They made my stay very comfortable though I only stayed for one (1) night. Please keep up the good work!

The breakfast is very complete and has something for all tastes. Near the hotel there are restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel is very close to a train station, however the most used one is 10 minutes away.

The reception staff was not very friendly. It does not have complimentary water even though in Japan the tap water is drinkable. We were washing clothes in the self-service washing machine and before the washing time was up, the lady at the reception was ready to take out the clothes without even asking us if they were ours.

A wonderfull hotel the staff are very friendly and always willing to help no matter how small the request. The room was very clean the bed was on the slightly hard side but that seems to be the case in most hotels in this part of the world. We arrived before 3 pm check in time, left our bags in the care of the hotel. When we returned after 3pm our room was ready and bags had been taken to our room. A service the hotel staff do to help guests, very nice.

Vending machines in the lobby would be nice, also complementary coffee as found in other hotels. Nice have when you want to spend time outside of your room late in the evening.

The staff was excellent at this property. They spoke English and went out of their way to be helpful and this was very much appreciated! The room was very comfortable with a good bed and pillows and a good size. We left the Sheraton which was awful and double the price to stay here! It was so nice that we added two extra days to our stay! This property is located in a quiet business district very close to train station. Taxis are fairly inexpensive which we used when the heat was overwhelming. There are a few cafes and local restaurants in the area which were good. The breakfast here is excellent and well worth the money. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, within walking distance of the metro, city parks, bustling city center and Osaka Castle. The hotel was very cozy. We stayed there for a week, so it became a bit of a home for us after arriving in Japan from the heart of Europe. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection. The only drawback was the lack of storage space, or rather the lack of a wardrobe, but we got used to it :-)

The room was able to fit 2 twin beds and 1 roll-away. We were comfortable although a little bit tight. The bathroom was big and roomy and the water was hot. The hotel was very close to the subway station and we can find food, coffee, in the same block which was very convenient. We felt safe. The staff was very friendly and kept our luggage as we arrived a bit early. We would definitely stay there again. The microwave, washer/dryer was very convenient.

I wish I had paid a little bit more to get a bigger size room but what we had was fine for 3 beds.
