The hotel looks new, the room is comfortable and very clean, but small as expected in Japan. We were in a room with three single beds and there was little space to open our suitcases, however the room met our needs very well. The air conditioning worked very well, the amenities in the lobby were excellent, and the staff was very helpful. The location is excellent, 4 minutes from one subway station and 8 minutes from another, and close kombinis. Good options for western breakfast with 4 to 5 varieties of bread, yogurt, fruits, cold cuts, good coffee moreover all the variety of Eastern breakfast. We could use the laudry service which as good despite of waiting time to get available machine.

Had a good experience at this hotel. The location is very convenient for getting around, Kitahama statio is around the corner, Yodoyobashi station within 10min walk, few shops and stores around with ATM. 15min metro ride to all the popular sightseeing spots. The room was surprisingly spacious for Japan and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were especially kind and helpful, which made my stay enjoyable.

The only downside was breakfast. While it was okay, it didn’t change at all over the 7 days, so it got repetitive quickly. A bit more variety would really improve the experience.

The location was perfect to go around, very close to the metro station. The room was clean and the hotel agreed to change my initial reservation ( I booked single beds thinking to put them together but it is not possible), so the hotel changed to a double bed room.

We are in Japan so room are very small compared to what we are use to in Europe. I understand that we need to be ecological friendly but I stayed 4 nights and I was expecting to have the towel changed at least onnce which has not been the case. I know that the room service need to be requested upfront, but here i'm talking about changin the towel and not a full room service. In other hotels in Japan, I've seen that new towels are provided after 2 nights. My flight from Europe arrived early in the morning and I arrived at the hotel around 10am. I know that check-in time is 3pm but I think an effort might have been done here especially that the hotel did not seem to be fully booked. So at the end I had to wait until 3pm (I went completely tired to see the neighborhood waiting for 3pm).

The reception staff were very kind, and the location of the hotel is right next to Kitahama station, which makes it convenient to visit various places in Osaka by metro. The hotel reception offered umbrellas to guests when it was raining, which I really appreciated. Lots of cafes and convenience stores in the neighborhood. The Executive room was of a good size, especially for a single traveller, and clean.

There was a constant smell coming from the bathroom (which was bearable by keeping the bathroom door shut), and a bit of noise from the nearby main avenue. The bed could've been more comfortable.

Great location right by the train station and supermarket and just one stop away from the Chuo line. Nice quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious with both a desk and sofa. There was no view but that didn’t bother me since I was out all day.

The room was generally clean but cleaning was inconsistent. The bathroom smelled of mildew and this did not go away after cleaning. Bedsheet laundering seems to be an issue as well because bedsheets had stains on them even when freshly changed several times and a pillowcase smelled musty. One set of sheets made me itchy so I slept on the other bed which was fine.

The location is just a few meters from the closest subway station, close to many konbinis, restaurants, izakayas, cafes, drugstores, and a big supermarket nearby. It is mainly a residential and business district, so expect lots of street traffic at rush hour. The building is new, and the room was very clean. They have a coin laundry on the first floor. The staff are super friendly.

Nothing, it was a very good hotel with good value. We're not interested in visiting tourist places, but for those who are interested, it might be a little bit far from the main tourist spots.

Room space

Location, Price, room, cleanliness, bathroom, breakfast. While checking out early in the morning, this young helpful lady at front desk went down to kitchen and got us some breakfast packed (as it was earlier than 7 AM) along with some juice. Free taxi from Airport (courtesy of booking through Booking.Com).

I requested for Iron (beforehand through Booking.com message), but it was not already in our room. They just give it to me at checkin and carry myself (Iron and Ironing board) along with my luggage (3 pcs) when we checked-in late in the evening (we left luggage to store earlier in the day). In other properties we stayed during our trip, our luggage was already in the room when we dropped it to store before check-in (someone mentioned they did it for them at this property, but not what I got as an experience). Also, free bottled water may add some value (got it everywhere else - 2 bottles per day). The Royal Park Canvas Osaka Kitahama nearby have better service, rooms, and free drinks/coffee/teas.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it was another great stay. The hotel is located in the business district of Osaka but it's just around the corner from a subway station and it's quick and easy to get to tourist areas on the train. Check-in was smooth and efficient and my room was a pretty good size with all the necessary amenities. The staff were all really helpful and friendly if I needed anything. Wi-Fi was fast and it worked well. Breakfast was good with a nice mix of Japanese and Western dishes. There were lots of nearby places to get food / snacks. Overall it's a great place to stay and it's nice that the area is a bit quieter.

I think the last time I stayed here the hotel had vending machines for drinks etc. - these seem to have been removed now which is a shame. But there are convenience stores just round the corner so it's not really a big issue.

Everything was great. The room was pretty big, comfortable, and clean. The AC was quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and not too crowded. The hotel is very close to 2 metro stations and right next to Starbucks and a rose garden.

The laundry room has only 2 machines. They did both cleaning and drying, which was good, but the dryers were really bad. It took more than 1 hour to dry a week's worth of socks and a few T-shirts, which cost more money and ate up all my morning.
