I liked EVERYTHING!!! Accommodation, staff, location, cleanliness and comfort!! The staff is always ready to help!! We don't speak English or Japanese, but the staff did their best to make us comfortable!! The breakfasts are wonderful! Someone writes that they have a bias towards Japanese cuisine and this is bad, but that's what we really liked!! Our acquaintance with this wonderful country and people began with breakfast at the hotel!! The Japanese are unrealistic hard workers and do their best for the comfort of both their citizens and tourists!! I fell in love with this country and people!! We received a lot of positive emotions and warm attitude from the Japanese towards us!!!

There is no such thing

Location is really great, only 2min away from the entrance to metro station Kitahama. Japanese breakfast buffet (the cheesecake is soooo delicious), comfy bed, room was big enough for us and our big luggages (2). Stuff is friendly. some speak English, some don't. But they will help you out. Close by is Family Mart and Lawson.

The breakfast is always the same although you have a lot of choices. It's mostly Japanese food so we kind of missed a little bit of western food options since we stayed there for 8 days.

Hotel was located in the business district of Osaka so a bit outside the main visitor sights, but the hotel is right next to a subway station so it's really easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores for food and snacks nearby. Check-in was fast and efficient and my room was a decent size with all the necessary amenities; there was also an amenity bar at the lobby where you could pick up anything you needed. I liked that there was a proper desk and office chair so I could use my laptop. The hotel had laundry facilities which worked well and you could check the status on the TV. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to stay if you're visiting Osaka and exploring the area and you just need a base to rest and sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the daily change of towels and sleep gowns upon request. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right beside the Osaka-Kitahama station exit, which made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about our stay at this hotel. Everything met our expectations perfectly, from the cleanliness of the room to the daily change of towels and sleep gowns upon request. The polite staff and the convenient location right beside the Osaka-Kitahama station exit made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Outstanding hotel experience. Great value for money. Spacious and comfortable rooms, spot-on facilities including coin laundry, vending machines, and microwave. Super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location: next to Kitahama station (2 minutes walk), Taxis are always available in front of the hotel, plenty of restaurant options within a block, including Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian and Korean, burgers, bakeries and cafés. Plentiful breakfast buffet full of local options, very tasty. Will definitely stay here again when in Osaka.

1 metro station is 5 mins walk & another 9 mins. Great location, Close to the Castle. Taxi to Osaka station is cheap as only 10 mins drive so very helpful when one is travelling with kids or luggage. Many convenience stores around and some restaurants. Room is clean & has all facilities.

Room has one super bright main light which is very annoying - does not have a dimmer - while small side light does!! So room is either too bright or too dark at night. Also No night light so total darkness.

The staff were very friendly. They tried to assist us in English which is amazing. They assist us in sending our luggage transfer service to our next destination. The location is ideal for those who want quick access to the subway especially as a tourist. The facility is neat and clean. The aircon works nicely. The rooms comes with 2 pajamas and loads of other items at reception.

The pillows were not too my liking but we rest well anyway.

The hotel breakfast was delicious and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The bath and dual shower heads were good after a long day out, the water pressure was satisfying. The kitahama station being underneath was super convenient for the cold winter mornings and night trains. It's also a 1 minute walk around the corner from a family mart. Overall, would stay here again when I come back to Japan.

The pillows were a bit odd, with some of them being packed with regular stuffing/feathers? The others were more like memory foam with some beads at the bottom? I guess there's a variety of pillows to suit your preference

The location is fantastic, right above a subway station. The Keihan Line also runs through the same station that took us directly to Kyoto. Super convenient. It's a short walk to Nakanoshima, which is a very nice area with tons of cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. Good amenities. There was even a curling iron! Very thoughtful.

The breakfast place was crowded. Food and utensils ran out quickly. The food selection was just OK for us. The staff was very nice, though.

everything is perfect..very friendly staffs and very very clean and most of all best location in the middle of the top 3 triangular traveling spots and lots of Japanese restaurantsand westernstylerestaurants includingItalianand Chineserestaurantsaround hotel and ..3 travelling spots, namely UMEDA OSAKA STATION and OSAKA CASTLE and NAMBA AREA..Thanks to friendly staffs here~
