Everything was amazing; the room has a lot of amenities, and also hair ties and combs for onsen. Instruction sheets were given to let you know how to use an onsen as well. Onsens was always clean with full amenities provided! Would definitely come back again. Hotel also has a dining area with free ramen after 930, and free sweets near the onsen. Onyado has approachable staff that’ll always help you out if you need anything.

Rooms for couples were particularly small, it was hard to manoeuvre if you paid for a smaller room. We had to implement a system to move around with all our things, and a system to open our luggages as well for packing (we have more than 2.) Other than that all is good.

I wish they had clearly mentioned their ‘no tattoos in the onsen’ policy in the online listing before I booked the hotel.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice onsen, massage chair, friendly staff, enjoyed a ryokan like experience

Found a black mid length hair in my bed when opening the duvet. It was a little stressful doing the’right’ thing with little English writing, we constantly forgot to leave the toilet slippers in the toilet…I had wished for more fresh air in the room, the room could only be opened a tiny bit.

Close to an array of great food places, the best little stand up bars in Osaka. Great breakfast, clean & quite. Onsen is nice BUT & it’s a big but they only tell you once your there that tattoos are not allowed in the Onsen. Clearly this needs to be made clear on their site so you know before one books! Maybe Booking.com needs to address this.

Facilities are great. A lot of details in services.

I paid for a double occupancy room for me and my son. I only found one complementary water in the fridge. So I asked front desk and they said they only offer complementary water to adults. Through my 20+ years of global travel experience, I have never seen any hotel that refuse to give complementary water to a seven-year old child, not to mention a 330ml water that is worth less than 100 yen. The front desk lady spoke to me like this is a sacred hotel rule and children do not deserve a bottle of water. 😳 For a hotel that offers free popsicle and ramen after spa, making fuss over a bottle of water is just weird…

Very nice room, fusion of traditional and modern japanese style. Super nice onsen. Very nice reception stuff, free noodles, drinks and ice cream, daily fresh towels even without cleaning.

Room was rather compact, take in consideration if you have a lot of baggage.

I loved the relaxing atmosphere and rejuvenating hot springs at Onyado Nono Osakayodoyabashi! The location was conveniently situated between two train lines, although it meant a short walk to either station. The staff stood out for their friendly smiles and helpfulness throughout my stay.

The onsen area was a bit more crowded than I expected. Additionally, I noticed some foreign visitors didn't follow the traditional onsen etiquette of washing themselves thoroughly before entering the baths, which was disappointing. I also wished visitors were quieter out of respect for Japanese culture; some Chinese tourists were notably loud and often chattered away loudly in communal areas.

We loved this hotel. Even though it is big it has a really friendly atmosphere. We loved the tatami rooms which were a little bit bigger than other Japanese hotel rooms. The onsen was great as were the free ramen in the evenings. Everyone lined up for noodles wearing their hotel pyjamas - a very relaxed atmosphere. The machines in the laundry were very efficient. The location is not too far from the metro and reasonably central.

There was only one pillow which was thin and hard. A slight odour from the drains in the bathroom.

Fantastic throughout

No access to onsen with tattoos. This shouldn’t be a thing for modern facilities for tourists. It’s clear that our tattoos have nothing to do with what they mean in Japan.

The property was close to several metro stops and it was easy to get around to major stations and areas. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. I loved the baths, after hours noodles, and the breakfast was great and easy to add. The staff were super nice and easy to communicate with. We were also able to keep our bags there after checking out while we wandered around before heading out for our flight. There is also a great sake place next door for those who want to try a variety of different types during their stay in Japan. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Nothing! I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
