Clean, modern, helpful and kind staff. The complimentary breakfast was great. Coffee and tea available 24/7. The lobby is a great place to work, too. Overall great price to performance ratio.

We used the laundry service and our clothes turned out smelling strongly of chlorine but the price performance was more reasonable than other hotels. If the smell is a concern, I wouldn't recommend doing laundry. The hair dryer is also weak and it takes a long time to dry your hair with it.

I would say that it is quite standard hotel with basic facilities. The room is a bit small but fortunately you can still place your luggage under the bed. The breakfast is standard again, nothing special. But it is very crowded in the morning so if you are in a hurry, you might not have a chance to have a breakfast. However, they also provide bento for such cases. The personnel doesn’t speak English well so sometimes they had to use translation. But it is located very well, so you can easily get to any part of Osaka or outside of Osaka. For such price it is very good option for short stay.

Booking needs to publish better pictures of the hotel. This hotel is fabulous and staff excellent. Locations is quiet, still 1-2 minutes walk from Metro and 1 or couple stations to essential locations in Osaka. Highly recommended Hotel in Osaka, you get more than value for the money. On pictures it looks so simple, still once you enter, it feels like home. Many great restaurants nearby and shops to buy snacks, withdraw cash, and a nice short walk to Osaka Castle.

Publish better pictures of the hotel, you make it look bad, when its fabulous hotel. Thought we entered into wrong hotel on arrival. We loved it, one cannot dislike this hotel.

We liked the hotel, it's located just in 2min walk far from metro station, right in the city center, in proximity either from Osaka Castle on one hand and busy area with shops & department stores on other hand. The hotel itself is nice, great breakfast options, there is a open canteen space 24/7 where tea&coffee facilities as well as vending machine are introduced and you may have a rest on the ground floor. The room is super clean, and the bed is comfy. There is a chair in the room. If you need an umbrella, just ask at the reception and it will be kindly provided for the day use. Of course, there is a self laundry service on the ground floor - extremely in handy. And baggage lockers are offered. The hotel offers everything you may need either in leisure or business trips.

Simple, uncomplicated, high-tech, pristine clean and comfy, washer and dryer conveniently downstairs. Minimal, yet everything you need. Super high quality cotton bedsheets, pillows and blanket (these are among the most important for me). I've had one of the best sleeps in a while.

Breakfast was rather mediocre, there was nothing my daughter liked, but then again, we are foreigners and are used to classic continental breakfasts, with eggs, cheese and ham, corn cereal and yoghurt - almost none of these products are native to Japan.

Every nooks is ultra clean, hallway carpet is very clean, No stain. Japanese staff greets you with a smile, just like the same aura 30yrs ago. Buffet breakfast is perfect, though I was not expecting it to be buffet, a few selection but enough to make you full for a brekkie. There is laundry for ¥200, laundry soap for ¥30 and ¥100/10min cycle of dryer. The place is a business area. 5 min walk to either Midosuji or Chuo lines, which are direct to Namba and Umeda shopping centre. UCC coffee at the lobby, unlimited and a great bold flavour. There is ice, hot and cold water dispenser and microwave in the lobby beside the elevator. All the basic amenities you need, even the convenience stores are just a few steps from the hotel.

The hotel in itself is well located. It's a huge building with parking. The reception hall is so spacious, you can get some skincare products. There's also a water fountain, and an area with washing machines and dryers. The room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. The hot shower was working well, we could even take a bath. Breakfast was a must! Lots of options, and the food was delicious! It was definitely appreciated. Overall the staff was really nice and the venue had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

When checking-in, the lady wanted to help us. I know it wasn't meant as bad, but she took our passports from us while we were checking-in on the machines and damaged both passports (dent on one of the two, and a folding mark on both). Please be careful as it is valuable. We are on a world tour, and having damaged passports could cost us a lot.

Breakfast buffet included in the stay was modest but very satisfying, staff working throughout the hotel are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Great location with plenty of great places to eat within walking or short train distance.

Nothing major to detract from the visit.

Location was great, 5 min walk to the Midosuji metro line that connects to the main attractions. Clean hotel, very helpful staff. Free lockers for pre and post check in is a great add-on. Japanese style breakfast included helps start your day earlier.

Rooms are too small but that is standard for most Japanese hotels.

Staff were very helpful in assisting with filling out the takyuubin form for sending luggage ahead. The hotel also recieved and held luggage that had been sent ahead. Very tasty croissants at breakfast. Vending machines & ice machine in the lobby. Very large room.
