The location is very close to one station of midosuji line. 2 exits are near the hotel, exit 12 and 13 (with elevator). Next door is a small supermarket as well and convenience store. The rooms are clean the bed is supportive but soft. I like that you can check in and check out via machine anytime. The air conditioning in the room is sufficient too. The lobby has plenty of seating as well where you can plan your commute or whatnot before heading out of the hotel. I also like that even though the rooms in japan are small this one has an area for your luggage and hanging clothes. Ice machine, microwave and laundry washers are available too.

The toiletry kits are lacking. You can only get a washcloth, toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable razor, and a brush. You need to bring or buy the others like the cotton swabs, cotton pads/ balls, shower cap. etc. Though the bed frame has an integrated USB-A port for your gadget. It is kinda obsolete because no gadget uses A anymore most of the gadget uses C andi it is only on one side of the bed. It would be better to place a power socket instead. The mini fridge too is not working properly. Not cold enough.

We stayed here for 5 night during our trip in Osaka and Kyoto. The rooms were pretty clean, although, not very spacious, but this is to be expected for most hotel in Japan so it didn't bother us that much. Unlike the bedroom, bathroom was relative big with a tub which we did enjoy. The hotel provide a free complimentary breakfast of rice ball, but we didn't take it for the whole duration of stay since we preferred to buy some breakfast from a large supermarket nearby instead. The location of hotel is quite good, locate in a relative clean neighborhood and very close to the subway with access right next to the aforementioned supermarket. Though if you have big luggage with you, it is better to get out of the subway at exit 9 with elevator.

This might be a mistake made by us when booking the hotel, but we ended up getting one of the two room to be a smoking room with strong lingering smell of cigarette instead of 2 non-smoking room.

Great location, easy to find, good home base. There's even a supermarket by the station exit that has great deals on Bento lunches! As an aside, get the Osaka Amazing Pass or an IC card and the e-pass ;-)

It's nice that they offer a free breakfast, but it's just two basic rice balls with miso soup so it feels incomplete. If it weren't for the coffee and juice I'd say to just buy a better rice ball from a convenience store.

Great location, right next to the metro station Yodoyabashi, which has lines to Osaka/shin Osaka and Namba station. There's also Family Mart, a bigger supermarket and a post office nearby. Not that many restaurant close by, but enough at walking distance. The breakfast was alright. Not much to choose from, just miso soup and rice balls (2 flavours). Only allowed to take 2 onigiri per person. I hoped for different flavours throughout the week, but always the same. If this breakfast isnt for you, there's a cafe around the corner and a supermarket next door and the rooms have fridges. Check in and out is basically self-service. Personal did speak English, but was limited to the regular hotel stuff. Hotel was also very quiet at night and barely any street noise.

There a sign in the room saying they don't change the toilet paper until it is finished, because of the environment, but for breakfast a lot is served in plastic and the coffee cups in the room are single use. There's a also plastic water bottles in the room... Room was very small with 2 people and 2 suitcases. We had to put everything back in the suitcases and put them in a corner to have some space to move. We took turns getting ready, because you'll be in each others way. It is Japan, so I had anticipated on small, but it was a tiny bit too small. The room does get very humid when you've showered, eventhough there's a fan. Windows do open and there is Aircon to get rid of the moisture.

Easy access from the Airport Via the Nankai Rapit and the hotel is close to the Midosuji Subway, there is an access stairway within a few metres walk from the hotel. Access anywhere to Osaka from here is simple.

The hotel is located adjacent to the Midosuji line - very convenient for travel. There is a grocery store located downstairs and a Family Mart across the street. The beds are exceptionally comfortable - the most comfortable of our stay in Japan. The Smart Lounge downstairs is a great place to sit and eat meals bought from the store (a microwave in the Smart Lounge would be an excellent addition, but there is access to a microwave on level 1 near the elevator). Cleaning staff were helpful and kind - we were able to request removal of rubbish and clean towels as needed. Cleaning staff also replaced the complimentary water bottles, which we appreciated. The facilities are (generally) clean and well maintained, staff are helpful, and the room was very comfortable.

There were only two washing machines in the laundry which were always occupied and there is no coin laundry nearby, so getting laundry done was a challenge. The bathroom had a mouldy smell to it, but it appeared clean. There was no toilet brush, so we couldn’t clean the toilet. There was a fair amount of dust in the room, which may not be an issue for most people but could be for people with allergies or medical concerns. The most-used surfaces of the room were clean, though. There are minor issues, though - overall the stay was pleasant.

Great location, very close to the subway and convenience stores. The rooms were cozy and clean, even if a bit small.

Didn't even bother trying breakfast after seeing all the terrible reviews here.

Great location, right next to the train station, beautiful hotel.

There were dust balls under our beds, it looks like nobody has vacuumed under the beds in ages. The vents in the bathroom were also full of dust.

Stayed here during a budget trip to Osaka. There’s a complimentary breakfast with miso soup and two rice balls (onigiri). They’re not exactly gourmet, but when you're traveling on a budget – you appreciate the gesture. Also, free pajamas provided, which is always a nice touch. Bonus points: the window isn’t frosted! You can actually see the outside world – hooray! We also stayed in the same hotel chain in Kyoto, and that location was definitely better – more space, newer rooms – but surprisingly, breakfast was better in the Osaka branch. All in all, a decent choice if you’re keeping it low-cost and don’t mind tight spaces.

The room was very compact – barely enough space to open a suitcase – and the bathroom is a combined toilet/shower setup, typical for many Japanese business hotels. No kettle in the room, which was a bit of a letdown, but they do provide one bottle of water per person per day (small win!).

The location was amazing, 10/10 for those looking to explore all of Osaka as it is relatively central to everything without being in the middle of all the noise & overcrowding of busy places. If you take the Osaka metro lines, you'll find this place amazing to stay at. The staff was super kind and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Even during moments when it was very busy and they had lots of new guests coming in the staff worked hard to address everyone's needs. Breakfast was also very convenient and delicious, whether you got the free one or splurge for the buffet, you won't be disappointed.

The room was a bit small but honestly so are most hotel rooms in Japan. 10/10 we would recommend this place.
