The hotel is very well located. The Nihonbashi train station is a few steps away which is very convenient to go around Osaka. The rooms were confortable. We got two rooms next to each other as requested. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by and vending machines inside the hotel.

The bathroom is very small. We stayed for 7 nights and they explained they were not going to clean the rooms but they had a schedule for us to take out the trash and they delivered clean towels everyday. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. We only enjoyed coffee and croissant the most. The breakfast was very poor compared to the other hotels we stayed in Japan.

The property is great, the room is a solid size, he bed was extremely comfortable, shower had excellent pressure and the wi-fi was solid. The location was superb, extremely close to the Higobashi metro and not too fair from Yodoyobashi too, and there is a 7/11 and Family Mart meters away for your Nanachiki or Famichiki needs, also, there are an excellent handful of restaurants that are even closer!

My one issue would be I would've liked some fresh sheets. If you stay more than two days, your room won't be cleaned. You still get fresh towels, but by the end of my stay I had a pile of towels in the corner of the bathroom.

The rooms are clean and on standard size for a solo traveler. Very near to the Subway Yotsubashi Line, though it’s not in the Namba area it’s still not that far away if you like walking. The neighborhood is calm and quiet which I wanted. There are konbini and restaurants nearby for a meal and snack run.

The exit from subway doesn’t have lift so you have to carry luggages to go up or down the stairs. There is no microwave in the rooms but you can ask the reception to heat food for you if you need to. The staff are nice even if there is a language barrier since they don’t speak english.

I didn’t avail the breakfast but the room was spotless clean on my day of arrival. Spacious per Japanese standards. I could find all amenities such as mini fridge, kettle, towels, room fresher, slippers and toiletries, elevators were fast moving and subway station just opposite to the hotel. There were 3 supermarkets within 200 meters and many restaurants with 100 meter. There is a coffee shop downstairs with good coffee and cake. Totally recommend.

Lighting in the corridor should be brighter

1 min walk to bus stop which you could transport to the Osaka station. 3 convenience stores, include 7-11, lawson and family mart, are located around the hotel. 5 mins walk to Nakanoshim. This would be the hotel I would revisit if I'm traving back to Osaka.

the self coin-laundry room were busy in the evening. if you're planing to use those facilities, you would need to leave more evening time for them. The dryers would possibly spend your time more than you plan.

It was very clean and modern. Perfect basic and comfortable room. Perfect location if you’re on a business trip for Naganoshima area.

I arrived at 2:45pm and they made me wait until 3pm, the exact check in time to actually check in. Of course it is their right but I just do feel like it is a bit stupid. But I guess it is Japanese rules.

Staff were very kind and generous. The room is a kind of clean. Although they do not do everyday housekeeping works, we could get new towels everyday. In addition, their breakfast is nice and delicious. This hotel is very close to Higobashi station (Yotsubash line), so it is a perfect place if you have a plan to look around Umeda area.

The room was clean but there were some dusts and hairs at the corner of the room. They should have been more careful when the room is cleaned. Although this hotel is very close to the station, it is quite hard to use Yotsubashi line when you come from Kansai airport since you have to walk a lot to get to Yotsubashi line from Nankai Nanba station. But still this hotel is good for traveling.

New hotel in good location. Everything in the room was fresh and new. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet despite facing the street. Airconditioner was working well. Also they provide all toiletries and even gowns, which is rare for Japan. Size of the bathroom is decent for Japan.

Our twin room was too small for two people. No space for the second bag at all. No shelves or wardrobe. Cleaning of the room was not properly done before the check in: window sill was covered with dust and the bathtub drain was clogged with hairs from previous guests.

It’s felt luxe, and was very comfortable for 1 traveller. , and was close to the train station and convenience stores. It made our travel plans easy.

A Little more fresh air in the hallways as it was very humid in Summer snd some options for coffee, in addition to the buffet breakfast would be nice

The staff speak several languages. We spoke Vietnamese and English with them. Staff also helped us book a taxi for the airport. The breakfast buffet has a decent selection of dishes. The hotel is very close to the "Higobashi" metro station + a FamilyMart

Nobody told us to put the trashcan in the hallway to have it emptied. We had to ask for more clean towels because we weren't getting new ones. Our fridge didn't work but was fixed while we were out of the room.
