Reception: very customer service oriented, helpful and well presented. Room stayed: very spacious, spotless, neat, beds and pillows were comfortable; loved the river view in the morning and at night. Breakfast provided: great variety, the floor manager was super nice and friendly. Location: closed to variety of local restaurants

Room stayed: Toilet area smelt of urine Breakfast: the chef at the omelet station was not very welcomed; you would feel reluctant to ask him to cook for you with that face. Location: quite a walk to the main area and Osaka Station.

The fact that it is the only hotel that charged for extra breakfast and bed when we had booked and paid already for 3 people.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at ANA Crowne! Our stay at ANA Crowne was absolutely wonderful, and we were particularly impressed by the outstanding service from the housekeeping team. A special mention goes to Shoda, who went above and beyond when we needed assistance on November 7th around 6 PM. Our young son had a little accident, and Shoda arrived in no time to change the bedding. She handled everything so swiftly and professionally that our evening wasn’t disrupted at all. Her kindness and efficiency truly stood out, making what could have been a stressful moment completely seamless. Beyond this, the entire hotel experience was fantastic. The renovations are top-notch, giving the hotel a fresh and modern feel while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every aspect of our stay—from the amenities to the hospitality—was exceptional.

The view of Osaka Tower could have been better for the price, but the exceptional staff and service more than made up for it.

The reservation team communicated well with me prior to my arrival which helped facilitate our check in and saved us a lot of time. We requested for connecting rooms because we travelled with small children and the front desk arranged it for us. They even helped us make a reservation for the teppanyaki restaurant Dojima and communicated with the restaurant prior to our dinner. Parking system worked quite well as we used the same parking ticket for the entire stay.

We stayed in room 822 and cleaniness of our room could be better. The door to the bathroom was full of dust which was pretty unacceptable. Pillows were too soft and flat.

Good location, friendly staff and quick check-in. Breakfast offered japanese but also international options. Enough space for breakfast in the morning, which is importnat in such large hotel

Rooms are fairly small, not unusuall for Japan but in this price range a few sqm more for a standard or superior room should be considered. English TV channels are limited, on CNN was available. AC worked well!

Location and convenience store close by.

The price that we locked in on Booking.com last year was not the price we paid. We had to pay alot more as we didn’t know that you had to pay the whole amount up front in order to get the price u booked at. It was alot more expensive than we had booked it in as.

Lovely location, central and easy to get to places. Rooms quite spacious, and beds comfortable.

Nothing to complain about at all really - but if I had to find something it would be there is no place to have coffee that i found in the building.

Great location for getting around the city with kids. Just a short walk from Osaka station, taxi rank right outside the hotel lobby, lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a convenience store next door for essentials. Room service options were fantastic and the staff were wonderful.

Room and hallway stank of stale cigarette smoke. we had a non-smoking room but the smell was everywhere, in the towels, pillowcases etc. There is a pool but it’s old and shallow and not really worth the entry fee.

Good Breakfast Great location 45mins walk to Osaka Castle. !7 mins flat walk to Osaka Haruka Airport Line. NOTE: Not the same as Shin-Osaka (Shinkasen Station) 15-20 min taxi ride away 5 mins from centre of town Osaka castle was fantastic but couldn't go inside because of a colossal Queue. But very picturesque and well worth the walk.

Club lounge was over subscribed. Maybe because it was a holiday!
