The staffs are really friendly and helpful. We are traveling with a baby and need to keep breast milk in freezer. Really appreciated, makes our holiday very smooth. And thumbs up for the restaurant staffs too, my husband juz casually asked if there’s more hamachi sashimi and next day we are been served with a whole plate, really surprised us and made us very happy

The room was clean and had good amenities. Good house keeping. Nice room set up. Great location, few seconds walk to lawsons or to the underground train station with 200 shops underground with it. Amazing.

There was ALOT of noise. It was as if the walls were paper thin. You could hear your neighbour shower, flush the toilet, people walking down the corridor. These are not noises that aren't expected to be made by others but I didn't expect to hear it in my hotel room. Made for an unpleasant sleep. It also took ages sometimes to get the elevator.

Just a short distance from Umeda Station, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making shopping and travel extremely convenient. The hotel room is spacious and can comfortably fit two suitcases.

​The bathroom is quite compact. There's no separation between the shower and bathtub area, so you need to stand in the tub to shower , the wet area not divided

Great location in the busy nightlife district of Osaka. The JR Osaka station is nearby, it's a walkable distance. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs and a lot of eateries, and a market is also very near. Also bars and hostess bars if that's your thing. The room was nice, proper size and very clean. Even though the outside world was busy, the room stayed quiet, thanks to good soundproofing. They have a spa with hot tubs and sauna, and it's free of charge for hotel guests.

If you check-in at 3pm, it takes a long time. Thanks to Japan's rigid and strict culture of not allowing early check-ins and flexibility, everyone lines up at 3pm and that's why it's taking too long. So I suggest going a bit later.

Comfortable room with great view and excellent location. Staff were helpful with some photocopying. Good restaurants right outside the front door. We stayed twice during this trip!

The location of the hotel is great. It does take a bit of walk through Osaka Station to find it, but as other reviewers have stated, if you follow the signs towards Kita Shinchi Station, you'll get to the right exit (no. 11-43). Plenty of reasonably priced shops and eateries nearby, and of course, all the main department stores and Umeda Sky are within easy walking distance. Just need to figure out how to navigate the maze of Osaka Station. Or walk on the roads on ground level. I found the latter a bit easier and less crowded!

It was very warm in Osaka, it was nice to come back to cold air conditioning after a very warm day. The staff did an excellent job of taking care of the room, the room was clean and made up nicely each day.

It was about an 8-10 minute walk from Osaka Station and a little challenging with our luggage. Google Maps was confusing and lead us on a longer route than necessary. The hotel has 2 types of luggage forwarding services with a significant price difference. If we hadn’t inquired ahead of time and learned about the options, we would have paid a a lot more. The male who helped us the next day only offered the more expensive option and needed questioning to acknowledge the other option.

The room was very clean. The beds were the best we experienced. Much better than those in America. They also offer same day luggage drop off, which is very convenient for early arrivals. The room has a good variety of amenities, including mouth wash, comb, etc. very thoughtful. If I could think of any down sides, the bathroom has a bad odor. Even though I kept the ventilation running for days, the odor was still there. Seems like a broken pipe or something. Another nit was that the hotel is a bit far from all train stations. It is about 10min walking to the closest station. It seems okay at the beginning, but after a few days of walking in the city, this was a big deal to us.

Not a bad size room with all the accessories. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money and good location.

Lack of fresh air was my only concern. The window didn’t open and even with the heater turned off it was still overly warm.
