The French Modern design is the main thing to comment on the hotel - as it is going for a clean, French inspired Decor. Also, the location is fantastic, just a 10 minute commute from Umeda Station on street level, so easy for Suitcase movement. A bonus is that it (we timed it) took us exactly 7 minutes without stopping from check out to the Airport Bus Station at Umeda - allowing for forward planning for those who must catch early flights. Lastly, hotel is right in the heart of a shopping arcade area with shops, restaurants and bars everywhere!

Only one comment - We entered the hotel initially from the underground complex linking from Umeda Station. Finding it was not the issue but we both had the same thought on what we encountered. A lone staircase leading up to the door reading the Hotels Name. Now, for us with medium sized luggage, we had no issue lugging our suitcases up this staircase. But we thought, "What about people with bigger bags who didn't expect this or someone who uses a Wheelchair?" - They would have to find an alternative convoluted route in order to access the hotel so BE WARNED before you enter through the Underground Arcade. Highly recommend streel level route, flat surfaces all the way and an easy 10 minute walk from Umeda Station.

The hotel is in a location convenient to the Osaka Station. It was also close to other attractions as well as transportation. The hotel itself is very nice and well kept.

The room was very small. Our room had two single-size beds that were separated by no more than one leg's worth of space between the two. One of those two beds was pushed against one wall and the other was pushed against a built-in couch under the window. The only place for luggage was on that built-in couch. The bathroom sink area was so small we had to use the space above the mini-fridge to store our bathroom goods and as a prep space. Outside our window was another building, so there was no view whatsoever.

From all the hotels we stayed, this hotel had the best service! It felt much more than 3 star hotel. Very professional and pleasant staff, the room was comfortable, very clean (the cleaning staff did a great job and every day re-filled water bottles for us) :) The location is great, very close to Umeda station so it was very easy to get around. We had everything we need and it was one of the best places we stayed during our 3 week trip in Japan.

No Netflix :D For the level of service, it was strange that the TV in the room did not have Netflix (however this is true for many hotels we stayed in). Overall, nothing to complain about!

Location is fantastic. Close to train + metro station, you can get everywhere from here. Room was small but you have everything you need. Staff was very friendly and helped us with forwarding the luggage to next hotel. Payment is in cash. We could also leave our bags a few hours before check in.

Breakfast was very basic. I wouldn't book it and eat outside, there are many places around. Also seems like the walls could be better isolated. I could hear a lot of noise from outside which wasn't the case for my previous hotels in Japan.

The location was incredible. An entry into the underground shopping strip and train station was literally out the door of the hotel. The hotel was lovely and the fresh towels and room made up each day were a bonus.

We stayed in a family room with 4 single beds. It was fine with our two kids (ages 12 and 10) but we did get sick of shuffling past each other and the luggage. We were rarely in the room though, so this is a minor gripe.

Very nice, modern hotel. Clean and safe. The area is safe and offers a lot of restaurants, services, entertainment. There is an entrance to the underground city tunnels right from the lobby, when it rains you don't have to walk outside. We got a blue room, the decor was nice. The bathroom is great.

The room is a bit tight for 3 beds, but livable. Google had a hell of a time finding the place but eventually did. Osaka Station is near but not very close, and getting around in the area is confusing. It's not really the hotel's fault, just be prepared to rake some time finding your way there.

Location is 7 mins walk to Osaka Station, 1min walk to entry to the Subway, lots of eateries ,

The hotel is in a great location - easy to access via the underground shopping area from Umeda Station. Rooms were lovely although fairly small, staff were great and there was a 7/11 outside the front of the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants within a short walk from the hotel and easy to get around Osaka from here. We booked 3 hotel rooms and were pleased that they were next to each other. Having a laundry onsite was really helpful too as we were there for a week.

We did go for breakfast at the hotel one morning about 30min before closing but they advised that there was very little left which was a shame. If you are going to eat breakfast there go earlier. Apart from this the hotel was fantastic and I would stay here again.

If you are coming to this hotel with many large pieces of luggage, then you’d better take M13 exit for there’s an elevator nearby.

Great location connected through the underground mall to Osaka station. Very brief one night stay with family to visit Universal Studios and it was perfect. We could walk from the main train station underground and avoid the cold outside, have dinner in the restaurants in the mall just below the hotel and then catch the train the next morning only a short walk away. It was only a couple of stops to the bullet train station when we left also. The room was full of the beds but the bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We didn't really try any other facilities. Overall, perfect for a brief stop and we would stay again for similar. Would be snug for 4 people for an extended stay.
