Upon arrival at Kansai airport, we got free airport pickup (Alphard taxi) to the hotel, which helped a lot since we were in a group of six. The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was served each morning with several excellent choice. Room was small as expected, but comfortable. Location is quite central. Price was reasonable. Checkout was smooth although we did that very early in the morning.

Bathroom was very small with small bathtub, but again this was expected. In the winter, the room aircon can function as a heater (it blows warm air), but one needs to check it first.

The location was useful for us. About 10-15 min walk from Osaka station. I thought it was a good price for a city location. The rooms were clean, and compact. They have a fridge a bizarre kettle/humidifier. Breakfast was OK...limited choice but enough to start the day.

The first room they put us in was so hot. It had an interior window so little relief from that being open. The ac units only give heat, it was Nov but the rooms were so hot and needed cooling. They moved us to another room that had an exterior window which did help.

Location was 15 minute walk from Osaka station. A nice breakfast. Front desk was helpful. Area had some interesting neighbors.

Bathroom in room is an odd. It is a drop in unit that looks like a drop in module. There is a 6-8 inch step up into bathroom/toilet area. Tub is deep and short. It was a significant step into tub with not much room to maneuver. Husband has hip issues and did not shower since he could not lift legs high enough to get in tub. We would not stay again due to this. I was able use the tub and it was nice to soak in.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most of them spoke enough English to get by and they made the whole process of checking in and out as easy as it could be. The room cleaning service was phenomenal too. New towels, fresh sheets, new robes, etc. The room itself was amazing too, it was quite spacious and the bath was huge. Good breakfast before 10am and there was drink machines in case you were late where you can get a ¥100 black cold Coffee.

Nothing really, it was perfect.

the hotel's indicated location is not the actual location, which is across the Shimmido-suji 6-lane road; the windows have no curtains or shutters so there is light from dawn

Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. It is in the vicinity of Osaka Station.

Toilet was very small having almost negligible bathing space with a miniature tapered bath tub.

The price comparing to other places during the Osaka expo. A little; but not that far from the Osaka station( 10 min walk).

The room is toooo small( couldn’t properly open 2 luggages)- there’s an odd “wardrobe” near the bed, which has no meaning, and cause of that the gap between them( bed and wardrobe) is like 15-20sm…..

Hotel is nice, need to take red line train to namba (4 station away). It’s cheap considered it location in osaka. It have check in machine at the front counter which is efficient due to languange barrier. Potato salad & mushroom soup is really nice! It serve rice with chicken curry. For alternative, you can eat the rice + fried eggs with some soy sauce (nasi bujang kinda vibe).

Small bathroom / toilet.

The breakfast was simple but very fulfilling, although it can feel a bit rushed since the hotel recommends a 30-minute time limit. The location is great since it's a 10-15 minute walk from the Umeda station so it's very accessible.

The wifi in my room was very slow and it often disconnects. I had to physically sit near the door in order to get better wifi signals.

Mr. Hashizume yuichi, the front desk manager, who is very helpful with our travel directions and questions. Mr Tani guided us the nearby Family Market and even helped us to carry the big bottle of water and food to the hotel. Their wonderful hospitality services have gone beyond their duty. We are grateful and thankful!

The bathtub is too high to get in for elderly people
