Feels like an apartment to come home to after a long day out! You can even buy groceries at the supermarket nearby to cook at home if you wish to since there's a kitchen! I was worried that the AC & fridge would not be that cold (y'know how some hotels have like borderline lukewarm fridges), but it is! My favourite amenity was the in-room washing machine & the heating fan to dry your clothes in the bathroom. It was super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

The keypad to get in was a bit tricky - I kept trying to follow the directions on the actual pin pad written on it, but the way to open the door is the sticker attached on the lower right of the pin pad! Once you get the hang of that, it's pretty convenient. Halfway through our stay the Wi-Fi stopped working, but a quick message to the staff via LINE solved the issue for me (had to connect to a different Wi-Fi). The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but it did fit 3 adults! Also don't think the balconies open.. we tried.

I stayed in twin bed room which also have extra mattress for the 3rd guest. Good Location . from Umeda Osaka station if you walking with suitcase maybe too far walk without suitcase is about 900-1km is a good exercising. I use the bus No 36 from Osakaeki-mae (Osaka Sta.) ride only 2 stations get off at Teramachi-dori Station then cross the street and walk just 75 meters to the Hotel. The Taxi Didi take 1,100 yen plus service 400 Yen, Normal taxi take more or less the same price(From Minn Umeda-East to Osaka Airport Limousine Bus at Umeda) For the Check-in you have to pay very well attention with message explaining, (if you are not Japanese citizen) You and everyone who are staying with must do registered with Passport online. Then a bit of effort mostly through online register and check-in. If everything requested have done online... at the front door is easy, you just have to scan QR code to get password of the main door and the room door at the Hotel front. If you are not Japanese you will ask to make a call at the computer pad next to the one you just scan QR , which is someone at the other side of the line talking to you ,seem like just a face checking and talk to you if you have question. if you already do all the process online it will be easy at the entrance door. Put the key number at the entrance door, you must to press the button with Japanese language first then follow with the number you've got. The room was clean toilet was clean, have washing machine and the flow system of bath room also have a program for drying the cloths which is excellence! The pillow is a bit uncomfy not a big deal but hotel could be improve this.

Hassel process of Online check-in but if you pay attention it is not too difficult. I just have to find a warm place sitting properly and do this Pre-checkin on line before travel to the hotel. In the winter at the hotel you will be indoor for this check in so if you have problem check in you have place to sit and not that cold.

Really quiet, barely saw another guest and definitely didn't hear them. Great facilities, great layout, lots of room and a pretty good location. Value for money was excellent!

Trundler bed hadn't been pulled out for cleaning, there was thick dust underneath which affected our health. The washing machine had no English instructions so it was difficult for us to work out. We would also have loved a clothes horse to hang our wet clothes on to dry as we couldn't dry it all at once in the bathroom due to lack of hanging space.

Clean, light, modern apartment with good facilities. 10-minute walk from subway / train stations. Apartment within a nice, modern building. Air conditioned lobby, which was a godsend, although only one bench to sit on in lobby area. Could add more seating.

The tablets in reception for check-in didn’t always work, which made trying to enter a bit of a faff. One poor family were totally stranded when both tablets didn’t work in reception.

The property is clean and new. Basically covers all we need such as free toothbrush and toiletries. Lots of restos outside. Near Umeda Station

Quite a walk from Umeda station, specially when you have luggages. We end up taking a cab to avoid the hassle of walking with luggages. Check-in is through AI, it’s pretty cool but it took us some time to figure out how to get into the main lift lobby door. Would be good if there’s a laundry drying rack after laundry in the washing machine. Would be good if there’s a netflix on the TV or if the TV is a Smart TV.

The apartment/suite was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The living room/bedroom had bunk bed and trundle for 3 to sleep in and there was a mat on another side for 4th person. The mat was comfortable and soft. It could be a little tight with suitcases but it worked for us. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry were great.

If you are in the bunk bed and need to go to the bathroom at night, it can be difficult with trundle but we made it work. It is a little bit farther than expected from the Osaka train station (more like 20min walk than 15min).

Self check-in was quite simple to do, room was fine able to even spread out the suitcase in the room. There was a washing machine to do the laundry and a kitchen to cook at home.. Its 5min walk from a supermarket

location was a bit far from the main area being about 15min walk to Osaka umeda or any other station that we used which was expected. Not enough power points

The apartment is equipped very will. It provides everything I need, including facilities for bathroom, kitchen and washing machine etc. the bathtub so amazing, we hang our washed clothes in the bathroom and turn on the button of drying clothes then those are dry in the next morning!

The only disadvantage is the location, it takes around 15 mins walking to go to any Metro/JR, however we found bus No.36 before we left, we could take it to Osaka Umeda and Minami-Morimachi station. It means we can spend ¥210 to save 15 mins walking, if you got some one day pass, that’s every useful for taking the bus to Metro/JR station for free.

I really like the room and all the facilities that were provided in the room. It has a full size fridge, a kitchen and a washer, which is so helpful during summer time.

There's no real human at the reception so it took us sometime to figure out how to check in. After a long trip to arrive Osaka, that confusion with check-in was a bit annoying. But once successfully checked in, the rest of the stay was excellent.

It has all what you need, separated bathroom and toilet, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and kitchen with microwave. It also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the market where you can buy groceries. Strategy location where you can easily get train or subway to Kyoto or Kobe.

The location is good but not perfect. Walking distance to the Osaka station (about 15 mins walk). If within 10 mins walk, definitely is a perfect place.
