Rooms were quite spacious compared to the hotel in Tokyo. And that’s with 2 big luggages opened on the floor. Amenities were great, the laundry room was on the 5th flr where our rooms were, how convenient was that! Staff were very helpful with all smiles. It was a 7 minute walk from the Osaka station, 24/7 convenience stores every 2 blocks. It is so close to everything. Just don’t get confused with the Shin-Osaka Station and Osaka Station. Shin-Osaka Station is a 9 minute taxi ride away.

Nothing. Entrance door closes at 11pm but you can swipe your hotel card to enter.

Courtesy of stuff and a fully professional attitude, nicely designed room, big spacious lobby, and additional equipment in the room. Quite big (as for a one person) bed, very comfortable and keeping cool pillow. My stay was in fact a pleasure.

It is actually not so close to the Osaka Umeda train station as one could think, especially if you plan to walk with the luggage, so small warning: plan this ahead. No negative comments to the hotel itself.

The room and bathroom are very spacious (a very big bathtub), and it's very clean. The staff didn't speak English much, but they had a translation device which worked perfectly. It's within walking distance to the subway and Osaka Station.

That's a personal opinion, but breakfast was not my cup of tea, and even when setting the AC on the weak, it was blowing quite strong. It would be great if they would provide an additional pillow (there was one, and it was very low).

Great location and the facilities and rooms very modern and well appointed. The staff helpful and attentive to requests and assistance.

The breakfast was good but I've seen much better for hotels in Japan for the room rate. They also can't accommodate if you are checking out early with just grabbing a coffee and piece of bread before the formal opening time of 7am (most hotels open at 6-6:30am for breakfast.

- location was pretty good, next to a few areas of shopping and food. - Hotel itself was clean, the bathroom spacious and the bed, desk, WiFi and lighting were good.

- would be good if the room had coffee, and a spoon. - one improvement could be a gym, but I understand if that’s not possible with the size of the hotel and type of guests for most of the time.

I asked for vegetarian breakfast in advance. There was some communication back and forth for my special need. The hotel staff is great during the process.

The breakfast is a non-spicy curry plated food, vegetarian one. The curry is warm, not hot enough, most likely prepared it early in the morning and kept it in the oven. The amount of the food should good for a regular Japanese guest, but not enough for me. Only these two minor problems, every thing else is great.

I like the lobby and the room layout compared to other hotel with small room . It’s clean and provide pyjamas . I like their service and convenient coz near to Lawson . It’s walkable from metro station . Recommended !!!

The only thing is bed is small . Just right for two normal body size adult .

Big bathroom! I'm an average-size western man, and sitting up I could straighten my legs in the tub. I also had room to spread my legs on the toilet. Excellent quality of life for long stays.

The location is good, despite having to walk 10-15 mins. To a train station. Also they clean every day.and there was a microwave on some floors.

The beds were quite small, but we already expected it. The mattress was very hard, which didn't fit us. The windows couldn't open.

they was very kind to help us storage luggage before check in and after check out, so it was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious enough to keep luggage. Close to metro.
