Rooms were quite spacious compared to the hotel in Tokyo. And that’s with 2 big luggages opened on the floor. Amenities were great, the laundry room was on the 5th flr where our rooms were, how convenient was that! Staff were very helpful with all smiles. It was a 7 minute walk from the Osaka station, 24/7 convenience stores every 2 blocks. It is so close to everything. Just don’t get confused with the Shin-Osaka Station and Osaka Station. Shin-Osaka Station is a 9 minute taxi ride away.

Nothing. Entrance door closes at 11pm but you can swipe your hotel card to enter.

I asked for vegetarian breakfast in advance. There was some communication back and forth for my special need. The hotel staff is great during the process.

The breakfast is a non-spicy curry plated food, vegetarian one. The curry is warm, not hot enough, most likely prepared it early in the morning and kept it in the oven. The amount of the food should good for a regular Japanese guest, but not enough for me. Only these two minor problems, every thing else is great.

The location is good, despite having to walk 10-15 mins. To a train station. Also they clean every day.and there was a microwave on some floors.

The beds were quite small, but we already expected it. The mattress was very hard, which didn't fit us. The windows couldn't open.

The hotel is in a good location, clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back.

The only thing we did not like were the pillos as they were very hard and quite uncomfortable. Also it was rather hot in the room and the window could not be opened.

The hotel room was big (considering Japanese hotel conditions) and comfortable. It was one of very few hotels in which we could open a window.

The staff barely spoke English. The breakfast could be better - there were a lot of heavy options and very few fresh vegetables.

The personnel was very kind and the location was also very good!

The pillows were soo hard, I could not sleep properly with them (and normally I sleep very easily)

They provide housekeeping every day, and the rooms are kept very clean. Fresh towels, slippers, and night clothes are provided daily. The hotel is closer to the Osaka-Umeda shopping area than I expected.

Great breakfast and staff were super friendly and helpful. I already recommended it to other friends.

They didnt have a lobby bar and i didnt check out the gym wasnt sure if they had one.

It is really good value for money. You don’t spend much money, but stay in a spacious room located in downtown. Within walking distance, get access to all the malls, restaurants in Umeda. I enjoyed the stay a lot, highly recommended.

The pyjamas were simple but stylish, kind staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, quiet room. Umeda is a great neighborhood.
