I liked the position of the hostel (Umeda area), the quality for the price is very good. The staff is friendly and I didn't have any big problem. The materass was comfortable and the facility provided with shampoo, conditioner and body wash (big bottles in each shower).

I got assigned a bottom bunk and it was very low for me - I am 182 cm tall and I bumped my head many times. For the majority of the beds in the female dorm room you could access your bed only through the short end of it, plus the low top it was unconformable.

The staff here were so helpful and friendly. They made us feel right at home. The showers and bathrooms were kept really clean and tidy. The location was good, about 10 minute walk to the metro. This stay was great value for money! If I am in Osaka again I will definitely be returning!

The only negative I can think was that the room was quite small and basic with just a rail to hang clothes. However it was still good value for money.

amazing location, the neighbourhood is vibrant and there's a few train stations within 10 min walk. lost of convenience stores as well, the rooms and restrooms were impecable, the host family is very lovely and they have a super cute puppy that ocasionally sits at reception.

Not very social, though the restaurant downstairs has affordable food.

the room is spacious. it is near to quite a few metro and train stations. there are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

to shower need to go downstairs because it is located at basement. the toilet does not have bidet and the room does not have mirror. the hostel also does not have lift thus you need to use stairs. but overall still good and affordable.

We stayed in a double room with Futon and Tatamimats ( the room didn't have a window - although not unusual in Japan it is always a bit strange for westerners). Clean sheets are provided. Towels, bath mats, etc. to rent, facilities very clean, friendly staff. Well located, 15-20 minutes by foot from Osaka Station, lots of places to eat around, it is also possible to eat at the guesthouse. It worked out well, but there is only one toilet for the whole guesthouse (or at least we only found one). We did enjoy our stay very much and it was the perfect choice for our first night in Japan.

I had a great stay! The staff was very kind and helpful—I really appreciated being able to drop off my package early. The guesthouse was clean, the beds were comfortable enough, and the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend it!

the host/owner is absolutely lovely and she even cooked food for me! she was so sweet. it is a cozy, lived-in guesthouse. the other guests were also really lovely.

I was on the top floor and it wouldn’t really get warm there, so I was quite cold. also, the showers were all the way in the basement and I had to go through the communal space to get there. this didn’t make me feel very comfortable. also, the bathrooms and showers were not super clean.

We stayed in a Japanese style room for 2 persons that means we have privacy. We arrived late at 10pm and leave at 8am the next day. We just need a reasonable place to sleep and have shower. We also need a place to be close to JR Osaka Station. This guest house meets our requirements.

Good location, the hotel is close to Umeda and close to K line. The beds are comfortable and personally I prefer sleeping in those rather than in the capsules. For the price the value is really good

It's near the osaka train station

The showers are at the lower ground so it's just a pain to go the stair all the time. The shareroom I think it's a big overcrowded, not enough space where to put bag/luggages
