Clean and comfortable room with helpful staff in a nice building, 10-15 minutes walk from the central Umeda Osaka station, which made it easy to get to attractions and places around the city. Like most Japanese hotel rooms, it was quite small, without much room around the bed and in the bathroom, but it was fine for our needs and great value.

15 minute walk to the train station was fine for us, but maybe be too long for other people Some people may find the room too small for two people to share

My partner and I stayed here together and we really loved it. The location is super, really close to a number of train stations and there's some interesting nightlife nearby. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We really enjoyed the variety at breakfast and trying new things. If you like a traditional Western breakfast it might not be for you, but there's lots of cakes, yogurt, coffee etc if you do not want to try the more traditional Japanese fare either. I really enjoyed having rice and miso soup followed by a bowl of Coco Pops! The onsen is really nice, it was my first time using one and the instructions were very clear.

The rooms were a little bit small which was just tricky to navigate with our luggage etc, but this seems to be true of most hotel rooms in Japan so it is something that we have to accept as tourists.

Fabulous Japanese breakfast, very large twin room with two double beds and even very comfortable pyjamas. Public bath on the top floor was great

Directions from Osaka station would have been helpful. It took us a while to find the location when we arrived ... We realised on the day we left that we were only 5mn away from one of the exits !

I chose this place for its location, which is close to the central stations (JR and Hankyu) in Osaka. Additionally, I chose it because it had a shared bath. It met all my expectations, and I particularly appreciated that it was in the part of town with lots of restaurants, too, but at the same time, it did not have the tourist crowds.

WIFI was at times spotty but overall it worked well

The best hotel ever! When we will visit Osaka again, we will definitely choose Hotel Hokke Club Osaka again. Stuffs are so kind and friendly, rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy. Hotel have also Onsens for guests, such a great opportunity to try if you like experiences like that or not. Last and the greatest thing which I need to tell about is of course breakfast ❤️❤️ You can choose from the many of japanese dishes or european breakfast, the choice of desserts and drinks is big. Everybody will find something good for them.

The distance for station Osak is like 15 minutes by walk. But this not such a problem.

Hotel was very clean the cleaners were very attentive. The nice bath house was nice though could get quite busy and the staff were exceptional, very polite and helpful assisted us with receiving and sending our bags off aswell as calling taxis and were knowledgeable on what activities to do for the day. Will stay here again.

The walls and doors didn't have the best sound proofing you could hear people slamming doors and people on the street depending what level you're staying on.

The breakfast was amazing. The location was great regarding how close it was to the Umeda Trains Stations, however, there were some negative points regarding the area.

The hotel is located just behind a very central and well-connected avenue, making it easy to explore the area. The surrounding area has some nightlife businesses, but it didn’t affect my overall experience.

Staff is superb! With this value, it’s a good deal! Service is probably my top priority with Experience Quality. This hotel gives a high score with it! I never felt less than great with my stay in this hotel. I love that it has a common bath facility. Saves me time to go out and look for one. Right at the comfort of my hotel!! The room feels fresh and clean.

The check out time at 10AM is too early! 🥲 Room is a bit small but I can work with that.

I love that it is accessible to nearest subway exit. room is huge and clean for its price. Staff is really accommodating and understand a little bit of English. They are very understanding when we requested for an extra key card for my other companion because her roommate is still outside and access card is with her. There’s also vending machine and ATMs inside the hotel. Light switches is also placed in the bed headboard. Bonus: there’s a. good takoyaki place at the front

There’s no free water. They are not checking if the air purifier needs water. I’m the one who refilled it. It’s located within the red light district.

Amenities is ample. Staff greets us warmly before we go out, and when we come back to the hotel. Laundry is great! ¥200 each for separate dryer and washer and the cleaners did a great job maintaining the rooms and property.

Please bear in mind that it is quite a distance from osaka station. It is considered closer to M14 exit of umeda station. However, rate is affordable and there are lifts located near the station. Also the roads here are quite flat you will be ok with wheeled luggages.
