Very convenient location. Room was spacious relative to standard Japanese business hotel room sizes. It was great being close to multiple subway lines and main stations (Osaka Station) via underground entrances steps away from us. There's a train that runs directly to Kansai airport and there's also an airport limousine bus that goes to both airports. Quick subway to Osaka Castle. Steps away from the Whity building with a ton of underground food and shopping options. Was also close to the Lucua building which is a shopping mall with an amazing food hall, food market and a ton of great dining options in the basement floor. The room was very quiet and black out curtains shut out light, making it perfect for sleeping. Entrance to a small 7-11 is located in the hotel, very convenient!

Minor points! Some of the light switches on the headboard gave off ambient light which was a bit annoying when sleeping. Make sure you inform the hotel staff if you will be in your room after 10:00 am as they will call to confirm if they can enter to clean the room.

Room small but nice, great toiletries and even clothes/shoes freshener for those with an ‘anxious’ smell! Location right by subway exits and loads shops restaurants nearby. 7 minute walk from Umeda station if you don’t get lost . We did!! Good base for getting to Kyoto, Hiroshima/Miyojama as well as exploring Osaka . Handy for rapid train to airport too.

The location suited my needs as I wanted to be close to Osaka Station but also away from the crowd. The walk to the station was completely underground and I was close to elevators and restaurants, shops and rest rooms. I was also able to walk to many places around Osaka Station with no problems. The ambience of the hotel is quietly classy. My room was very comfortable. Although some of the staff were less proficient in English, they tried very hard and I was able to send my luggage ahead to my next destination with no trouble at all. They all had great manners!

Really good hotel and the location is ideal. It's really close to lots of transport links at Umeda and there are so many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. We only had one night here before leaving Japan, but we both wished we had stayed here for our initial three nights the first time we arrived in Osaka. The room we were given was quite a bit larger than most other hotels we stayed at during our trip, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Our only criticism would be the checkout time. Most hotels in Japan (at least in our experience) have an 11am checkout time, but this hotel was 10am. They will look after your bags once you've checked out though.

Easy walk from Osaka Station and also where I needed to catch the limousine bus to go to Kansai airport. Staff were lovely. Quiet and good space in my room, comfy bed. Close to the mall where there are heaps of places to eat and get food. Easy to connect to transport to get to anywhere I wanted to go. Close to the department stores, so perfect for my last day of shopping.

The VOD had no series I could watch without paying. I also didn't identify if there was a public bath - there didn't seem to be mention of one. I thought there was, which is why I booked it and it was closer to the station. But, there wasn't one. Breakfast was good, but not as full as what I have accessed at other hotels for similar pricing.

The property is in a very central location. The rooms are comfortable and compact. The laundry facilities are very convenient and easy to use. Breakfast is located on the top floor with city views of Osaka.

Google maps struggles with walking directions in Osaka and the hotel can be difficult to locate. The pillows are awfully hard. We purchased small pillows from Daiso to use instead. The breakfast could offer more variety but is adequate.

Location is next to underground shopping and 711 very convenient and 10 min walk to Osaka staton , Umeda Metro and many more shopping centers.

Pillow is a bit low, I used towel to lift it up a bit. AC a bit difficult to use and have no English explanation. I would hope for a bit instruction on the wall or a card would be helpful.

Very good location of the hotel in relation to the train station and metro, room was a pleasant surprise, excellent service.

Breakfast is extremely limited. You have a choice of two dishes specific to local cuisine but very unusual for a European breakfast. Accommodation with breakfast included was an unfortunate choice, outside we had countless options.

Clean room, delicious breakfast and convenient location

There was no detail description how to get the hotel. It said 5 minutes walk from Osaka station, but I didn’t have Internet connection nor free Wi-Fi, I couldn’t use Google Map and it took me 60 minutes to get to the hotel. Once I know how to get the hotel from the basement shopping area, it became very easy. I wish the hotel provides more details with pictures for both coming from ground and underground directions. That would be so helpful for the customers who don’t have free Internet connection.
