My room, although small, was exactly what I expected, as per the description. It was spotlessly clean, with nice little amenities, the bed was very comfortable and it was the perfect little space to relax at the end of the day. The breakfast was very, very nice and just the right amount of food and drinks to start the day. The staff at this hotel are polite, friendly and welcoming and although English is a little limited with some staff members, they always tried to help and do their best.

I liked everything about this place.

The locations of Eins.Inn is great, you're a 20-minute walk from the great Osaka station, and both from Itami and Kansai the hotel is easy to reach. They also provide great transfer instructions on their website from these places. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast is a delicious must try if you have the chance!

The rooms were tiny and somewhat dark, packing luggage is a challenge with limited space to your disposal. My room also showed it's age, with obvious scratch marks and nicks here and there. However, the rooms were still very very clean.

They provide a lot of rental items, like TV Amazon stick and portable body massager. However, it is in limited amount, so make sure you rent it before others do! The hotel is just across a bus station (You can take the bus from Osaka Ekimae) and convenience store. 8 minutes walk to the nearest train station.

The room is a bit small. There were little space to move around, from the room entrance to the other bed (since I booked for a room with 2 beds). There was only 1 elevator provided, so you have to be patient and wait for a bit especially before the check out time.

It was in a remote location and staff were very helpful. I needed a charger that suits their sockets and they were happy to help further more when they failed to get one they directed me to our convenience store. Where I got one.

Everything was OK. There is not much to say that was . The hotel staff are very good. And I would like to stay there again the next time I’m in Japan, Osaka.

The location is great, quiet enough for Osaka :). It is close to metro stations The staff was great and helped us with anything we needed. If you need something you just have to ask to see if they have that available. The rooms were very clean.

Nothing to add. The room was very small, but I know this is specific to Japan and I have seen even smaller rooms :)

Breakfast was delicious. Could have been a bit more of food but delicious. Also, i forgot a device in the room. I've just asked them by message and they sent it to me to Tokyo by mail. Thank you very much guys. The personal is owesome !

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not have enough time to take the breakfast in the morning, so they packed a sandwich for me to go. Thank you for that!

The single room can only accommodate a bed with no space even to put a suitcase if open. So I had to sleep with suitcase open on my bed. Very uncomfortable. Hotel should come up with some solution for this.

The location is good and the staff are amazing- they went out of their way to assist us with dietary needs- 1 with nut allergies and 2 vegans. They also assisted us with luggage storage and checked into shipping luggage to our next location.

We stayed in the family room 201- the largest room on the floor and it was tight for 4 adults and limited space for simple carryon luggage. We simply had to place the luggage at the sliding front door of the room.

Well-Maintained facility. Always replenishes supplies, cleans room everyday so long as you’ve selected-Rooms with cleaning. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was in main road, quiet place perfect for families.

Hope we can have more washing machines and dryers inside the building.
