Location, good breakfast, comfortable bed. When you ask they clean every day your room, suitcases fit under bed

Bedroom and bathroom really small, we asked for a taxi on a specific time, but on the planned time no taxi was ordered by the hotel, luckily we had some time left

nice room even for single with all the amenities. beds are super confortable, staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was great, plenty of choice!

With the omotenashi thing, they did not ask a couple with their 2 children to make the kids behave better or at least keeping them from yelling. It was quite unpleasant to be eating your plate and then suddenly have them yelling (really, a lot). I have 11 nieces and nephews of all ages and I know they can be a handful. But this was just letting them yell as much as they wanted while the parents were picking what to eat next.

Comfortable rooms for 2 people but can be a tight fit. Good location

Here is my 2 cents. Towels , pj's, coffee cups contents etc are placed by the door every 2 days. I stayed 5 nights so i think i got 2 bags and 1 room clean. Think about the environment. Did not use the pj's at all. Some of the coffee cup contents were not used. Eg sugar, stir stick, q tip, toothpaste, shower scrubber. I think the items should be request at the front desk as needed to minimize the wastage. And each item is individually plastic packaged. Including the paper cup , q tip, toothpaste. Cut down on the plastic packaging.

Clean room, very near morimachi train station and a conbini, basically a 30sec walk. Staff of the hotel are very helpful, always lends an ear if you have any questions. Hotel cleaners always offers replacement clean towel everyday. From my experience everything was perfect, water pressure on toilet/shower is good, clean sheets, comfortable bed with ref and comes with free coffee toothbrush soap etc. Nothing bad to say to this hotel, Thank you APA hotel, will definitely book again if given the chance to visit Osaka again:)

The hotel lobby are very well presented with beautiful decorations. When you entering it feel welcomed. A very clean, quite in every floor, good size two lifts working very well. The location is very convenient, next to subway station and just two blocks away is a famous shopping street with lots of restaurants and verities of shops, extended a long way. If you walk from one end to another then comes back, need 40 minutes. I got a room on 13th floor, it is very small, squeezed, maybe I am alone just manageable. Room is clean, the bed is average comfort, and they are not doing room service every day, also you need to require a extra bath towels from reception, it will provide.

My room is too small, bit hard to move around.

Additionally, we were delighted to find a variety of dining establishments located just below the hotel, all offering an array of culinary delights at exceptionally reasonable prices. While the sounds of the city's nightlife can sometimes permeate the evening air, it is generally not a significant disturbance and often becomes part of the unique backdrop of the locale. The hotel's proximity to such a dynamic area means that guests are truly immersed in the local culture pulsating with energy and excitement, providing an authentic urban experience.

Very convenient location just down the road from a train station that gets you to anywhere you need to go. Staff were extremely friendly and assisted with anything we needed. Towels are replaced daily and rooms are cleaned every three days. Extremely well priced and great value with comfortable beds.

The rooms are very small. There is no storage space for suitcases to be unpacked - we stayed 8 nights at this property and having to open up our suitcases for anything we needed constantly got pretty annoying. There is space to put your suitcases under the bed but nowhere to unpack it. If you need to do washing here I suggest going to a local laundromat as the dryers at the hotel take a long time to dry anything.

Really lovely hotel and great location. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with shipping our luggage to our next hotel. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great space under the bed for luggage. Small bathroom which i didn't mind however there was a step up into the bathroom which didn't bother us but definitely something to be aware of.

Only downside was the wifi was very weak and we weren't able to connect to the tv but as we only really needed this in the evening it wasn't the biggest problem.

I booked a single room expecting a single bed but the bed was closer to a double size which was much appreciated! It was comfortable, room is spacious for one person. Bathtub was small but not a deal breaker. Staff were very friendly. Check-in was easy, reception area is beautiful. They let my friend check-in early for an additional $40 AUD. Hotel is close to family-mart and the subway so getting around was easy enough. Popular destinations like Dotonbori, Osaka Castle etc is at least 20mins by train. Overall a pleasant stay and great value for money. The room also supplied Yakatas and slippers which I greatly appreciated.

- Rooms are clean, beds are comfy - You can store your luggage with the front desk if you arrived earlier than check-in time - Only 2-3 mins walk to the Minami-morimachi Station (Exit 6) & the nearest Family Mart - Free WIFI, Free ice, I even received a free gift (Japanese curry sauce) upon check-in - There's a bath tub in the toilet Thank you so much, I had such a comfy and restful sleep here after all the walking (20-25k steps per day) and travelling :)

- it's a distance from the main/busy streets (it's about 1-2 stations away) - room is a little small (not much space to open my luggage) but it's no big deal for me honestly
