Location, good breakfast, comfortable bed. When you ask they clean every day your room, suitcases fit under bed

Bedroom and bathroom really small, we asked for a taxi on a specific time, but on the planned time no taxi was ordered by the hotel, luckily we had some time left

The room was very clean, however, for European standards floor space is quite small at less than 15 squmeter, therefore, no space for a hanging closet to put your belongings. The Bed was big, so was the TV screen, but program selection is limited to only one English station - BBC News. Hosting the EXPO, there should have been more attention to foreign visitors, considering the high hotel rates. As I travelled alone, space was not the issue for me and I'm certain, there are larger rooms available. Location was also good, just 10 minutes to the next subway station. Recommended for solo travelers.

Room size

nice room even for single with all the amenities. beds are super confortable, staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was great, plenty of choice!

With the omotenashi thing, they did not ask a couple with their 2 children to make the kids behave better or at least keeping them from yelling. It was quite unpleasant to be eating your plate and then suddenly have them yelling (really, a lot). I have 11 nieces and nephews of all ages and I know they can be a handful. But this was just letting them yell as much as they wanted while the parents were picking what to eat next.

Clean room, very near morimachi train station and a conbini, basically a 30sec walk. Staff of the hotel are very helpful, always lends an ear if you have any questions. Hotel cleaners always offers replacement clean towel everyday. From my experience everything was perfect, water pressure on toilet/shower is good, clean sheets, comfortable bed with ref and comes with free coffee toothbrush soap etc. Nothing bad to say to this hotel, Thank you APA hotel, will definitely book again if given the chance to visit Osaka again:)

Comfortable rooms for 2 people but can be a tight fit. Good location

Here is my 2 cents. Towels , pj's, coffee cups contents etc are placed by the door every 2 days. I stayed 5 nights so i think i got 2 bags and 1 room clean. Think about the environment. Did not use the pj's at all. Some of the coffee cup contents were not used. Eg sugar, stir stick, q tip, toothpaste, shower scrubber. I think the items should be request at the front desk as needed to minimize the wastage. And each item is individually plastic packaged. Including the paper cup , q tip, toothpaste. Cut down on the plastic packaging.

Location! 1 min walk to Minami Morimach station. Bit far for Umeda station but it can be walked if you are fit. Hotel had all the amenities needed regardless of the small sized room and bathroom. We came to the hotel just to sleep and shower so we were OK with the size of the room. The rooms were super clean and the staff was friendly too. They actually was kind enough to let us check in early.

The room was quiet small so had to open our bags on the bed. Other than that the room was good.

The hotel lobby are very well presented with beautiful decorations. When you entering it feel welcomed. A very clean, quite in every floor, good size two lifts working very well. The location is very convenient, next to subway station and just two blocks away is a famous shopping street with lots of restaurants and verities of shops, extended a long way. If you walk from one end to another then comes back, need 40 minutes. I got a room on 13th floor, it is very small, squeezed, maybe I am alone just manageable. Room is clean, the bed is average comfort, and they are not doing room service every day, also you need to require a extra bath towels from reception, it will provide.

My room is too small, bit hard to move around.

The hotel was located in a quiet area and was clean and tidy. Rooms were well equipped and it was only a short 200m walk to the local subway stop. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cooked breakfast food in the buffet was cold with no bain-marie or warming lights used. Air-conditioning was on heat for the first night of our stay even though the outside temperature was warm. We were able to have our room turned over to fan but even with the windows open in our room it was still hot.

Really lovely hotel and great location. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with shipping our luggage to our next hotel. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great space under the bed for luggage. Small bathroom which i didn't mind however there was a step up into the bathroom which didn't bother us but definitely something to be aware of.

Only downside was the wifi was very weak and we weren't able to connect to the tv but as we only really needed this in the evening it wasn't the biggest problem.
