The hotel is easy to get to from one of the exits of Minami-morimachi / Osaka temmangu stations. There is a lounge on the ground floor where you can use the microwave, a toaster oven and get some hot drinks from a machine too. It is easy to see if the washing machines are occupied using the TV. I was in the room for work most of the time so it was great that the cleaning staff were able to come and clean when I mentioned I would be outside. Perfect for a long stay.

The room is quite small and it is difficult to open a large size suitcase. The blinds do not block light.

cleanliness was great and value for money, was very close to two metro lines and a jr line which made it excellent for getting around. Had a coffee machine in the reception instead of sachets in the room which is a feature I approve of. will definitely stay here again connection time to central Osaka and Shin Osaka stations is very quick as those are the ones you will probably be coming into.

I should have told them to stop giving me clean towels everyday as I am happy to re-use them for a few days.

Great location - it’s literally a few mins walk from the OsakaTemmangu JR station and the Minami-Morimachi Metro station. It’s also a walkable distance to the Osaka Castle Park (coz whether you opt to take public transport or on foot it’s both gonna take you around 40mins) Interior - decent and modern. Would have been better if there’s more storage space in the room. I’ve stayed at other Daiwa Roynet hotels and some had ample shelves that allow very convenient storing of items. Amenities - there are coffee tea and some basic amenities like toothbrush, cleaning oil etc at the lobby Facilities - there are coin operated laundries which we didn’t use. There is also a seating area at the lobby with free coffee machine as well as a microwave which could be quite useful. There’s also a public bath, it’s not big but sufficient if you want to relax at the end of a long day. They also use showerheads from Refa which I enjoyed. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff was very helpful with the luggage (storage and early drop off).

The breakfast (coffee shop nearby) only offers set menus that can’t be adjusted. Wouldn’t recommend booking the breakfast option.

Everything! Clean, well decorated, comfy, nice piyamas, and best of all real slow drip coffee for breakfast! (I didn't take the complementary breakfast, this is just what the hotel offers at the reception to take to your room) they have a small Onsen in the hotel and a "only women" elevator that takes you there, also great skin care products! Was a wonderful experience I would definitely repeat! it was a bit of a walk from the station if you are carrying heavy bags but otherwise is very easy to reach. great food places nearby!

If I had to point at something, they kept bringing me new towels and new piyamas everyday, I thought I was a bit of a waste(specially the piyamas) and simply decided not to use them. but they also leave you extra water bottle everyday and that was great! The bed was rather small, even though when I checked in the told me they upgraded me to a bigger size bed. It didn't seemed to be the case.

I loved the room. It was about the right size for one person; if I didn't go out, it's comfy to stay and wind down here. The hotel provided extra amenities at the lobby, which is nice, as I realized I did not need most and would prefer my room more or less minimalist in any case. Also, I enjoyed relaxing at the public bath. Staff members were courteous and personable. One of them was very friendly as she approached and provided us travel materials to explore the area. We got good tips! This was my second time staying here. I think now I don't have to think much where to stay next time I visit Osaka.

Super friendly and helpful reception, great amenities and a very comfortable room. We lost our backpack in the taxi on the way to leave Osaka and are so grateful that the wonderful team tracked it down and had it shipped overnight to our new hotel in Tokyo! We could not ask for better service and very much enjoyed our stay. We will hopefully be back!!

That we did not stay here longer!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Very easy check in and check out process. Great facilities and close acess to train stations. Loved how clean the hotel was and use of magnets to have rooms cleaned or bedding/towels changed. They gave us little welcome packs for the kids which consisted of slippers, a face towel and toothbrush and mini toothpaste. Very cute! They also have toiletry supplies at the front desk which you are able to help yourself to. Very enjoyable stay here. Thank you for your hospitality.

Bedding was very hard and uncomfortable. We had 5 people and there wasn't enough space in the room for us and we were only given 3 pillows for our room. When asking for another 2 pillows we were given very hard heavy pillows.

The room has everything you could need. (If you come without any luggage you still can survive here comfortable.) It is well-designed and clean and make your stay very comfortable. The hotel location is also good. You can reach it via Metro or JR Train (Minami-Morimachi (Tanimachi Line) / Ōsakatemmangū (Tōzai Line), Exit 9) There is a big market nearby and Family Mart at the corner. The bed is also comfortable. You can adjust air-conditioner to the desired temperature. I find all of these very practical. The staff are also nice and helpful. I will stay here again.

The pillow is not so comfortable for me (I find it a bit too soft). The room is too bright at night because the blind doesn't really block the light and I could hear some sound of a machine softly. However, with earplugs, everything is fine. For cleanliness, the room is very clean but the staff might forget to wipe off the dust on top of the television and the electrical cabinet.

Lovely staff, really enjoyed being able to use the public baths, room was nice, with v comfortable beds & pillows, coffee, tea, , drinks available free gratis at reception & vending machines on some floors. Location - close to a station so v handy. t is in a nice quiet area but with plenty of restaurants etc around & a shopping, eat arcade or maket nearby.

Didn't like not being able to open the window & blinds. Theu were cleaning the windows & asked us to keep them closed during the day but our didn't seem to be able to be owned which left the room v dark & needing the light on. Location - it is a long way from the buzzy part of town
