The location was in a residential area, away from major shopping and tourist attractions. Although it was a bit far from places we visited, Minami Morimachi Station was within walking distance so we were able to use public transit. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with more than enough room for a family of 6. The hosts accommodated our request to have our luggage dellivered from Kyoto and stored until we arrived a few days later. The washer was convenient to use and there was a large drying rack to hang the laundry to dry.

We had to take taxis when we departed because of the luggage for 6 people and distance from Osaka Station where we took the Haruka train to KIX. One suggestion for the bathrooms: it would have been nice to have hooks or rods where we could hang our bath towels to dry after showering.

The hotel is spacious located in the quiet region of osaka but easily accessible from metro. One can get to the hotel by metro using exit 6 of 南森町。that exit has lift. Cross the road and walk straight so easy to find the hotel from metro. The check in needs video call but it simple and easy. We were staying on 6/f and the hotel is well equipped with more than what u need. It s an apartment with two rooms. One is master room and the other includes 6 beds. There are two bathrooms and toilets. There are a number of coffee shops nearby and one big aeon nearby. 7-11 and family marts are close, so no worries on breakfast or snacks. Washing machine is easy to use and clothes dries quickly given that the weather is so dry in osaka. It s so good for families stay as the large room allows us to pack luggage easily. We have the oven and microwave as well as all cooking utensils. Beds are comfy. We like the room so much!

We stayed in apartment 301 and loved it. We are a family of 6 adults and really appreciated the space it provided. Having 2 toilets and 2 showers was great. We all found the beds to be very comfortable. It was very clean with lots of extra amenities provided. Having a washing machine was also very handy. The apartment was quiet, and we didn't hear any noise from outside. The manager was very responsive. It was walking distance to multiple train stations and 7 Elevens/Family Marts. There is a lovely cafe called Las Palmas 1 minute walk away that serves a set breakfast of toast,egg, and a drink for 500yen. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

A very comfortable and spacious place. Loved all the beds which we didn’t need. We had a family of 4 so it was really comfortable. Location was great as well. Lots of eating options around.

Seems to be common not to have tea and milk in these places which could be added but we bought some so wasn’t an issue but they could include those for a nice touch.

Only one night where the occupants above our apartment made significant amount of noise after 10pm when there was a notice in all apartments requesting all occupants to be mindful to not make noise after 10pm. Still a 10/10

The property was wide and large, they have enogh beds for 9 persons of us. All amenities worked good. The property has a terace. and very clean. The owner was very kind and helping, we never met, but we have a good communication by online chat. He helped us to book a taxi while we had limitation to contact a local taxi. The owner gave fast responses everytime we faced a problem.

The location from metro/JR station was rather far, but close enough to the bus halte. There are some cute cafes near the property. The lift is too small. And there is a stair to get the main door of the building, that make us challenged to lift up our luggages.

I was impressed that the owner waited for us at the apartment and guided us on how to access the lock, use the facilities in the house. The house had games which were good to keep my kids entertained, and the interior design was better than seen in the photos. The beds are comfortable, and the setup of the washrooms are good as it allows up to 4 persons to use at any time. The owner also gave us a guide of the 24hr convenience store, supermarket and eateries which was very useful for us who are not familiar with the place. I liked the balcony as well which allows us to see live baseball training games if you are lucky, to experience what local high school games are like. I highly recommend it.

It would have been even better to have a drying function on the washing machine, also a bin to store recyclables in the house.

Very comfortable beds! More beds that we expected!! Loved the location.

We did not encounter any front desk staff, but there was a kiosk onsite for us to check in.

Beds are very comfy.

AC was not working in the bed room, had to sleep door opened. Could not get quiet dark inside.

It was really well equipped, has a nice dining table, the bedding was impeccable, comfortable beds.
