I chose this hotel because it is so close to the subway, and from there I could visit any attractions that I wanted. The room I received was spacious by Japanese standards. Everything was in order and within expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a medical emergency at the time, but the staff was extremely helpful, they helped me contact my insurance company, quickly found a doctor who could speak English in a local hospital, and called an ambulance for me. I believe it made such a difference and because of this, I am forever grateful to the staff members!

The breakfast was great and one had many options to choose from. We've got a room facing the Osaka Castle, which was really fortunate 😁 Also, the room size was okay, considering it's Japan.

The metro line is very close, so at nights it was a bit loud. Be prepared to pack earplugs if you are sensitive like me. Other than that, everything was great:)

We loved the location, over the road from the river and a 3 min walk from train station. The staff were very helpful (even though their English was limited they managed to communicate by using a translation app.)

A couple of us had rooms facing the big air conditioning units with no view at all, but we were hardly in our rooms so it didn't really matter.

Room excellent, breakfast good ($13), having. Vending machine on my floor was great…it’s such a nice and quiet area, train station 200 metres away, but you can’t hear trains…lovely walk along river 100 metres away…I loved my 9 night ORH…

My windows…being very picky..outside cleaner didn’t finish their job…8 floors up…couldn’t see view out of windows..

The room size is generous. Price is good for that size. I was solo traveler, it is very roomy for me

It is close to the train. You can hear the noise from the train.

The property was clean, right next to the Osaka Loop Line Station, the river and a nice sakura park. The room was being cleaned everyday. There are free amenities for all the basic stuff. The staff was nice but they don’t speak english. They use the phone for translation, which is ok.

The location was incredibly easy to walk to and from the station and the views from the room were great. everything was clean and well taken care of and the staff were very inviting and informative

the lobby did not smell great, like there was some kind of sewage problem that hadn't been fixed

The buffet breakfast was excellent. 3 minutes walk to the rail station giving easy access to central Osaka and Kyoto and KIX. Staff have limited English but did well. My sole criticism is that the duvet was much too thick and heavy.

Hotel is convenient for transportation because of next to train station. Also you have nice view of park. Female staff are shy as usual but they are patient on service. I had a good night there!

I was like rookie and couldn’t make sure what to take when have breakfast in restaurant. Hmmmm, I was shy to ask also.
