One of the best hotels we had in Osaka, it’s around Minami Morimachi area, near Life Supermarket and Aeon Kohyo Supermarket. There are also a lot of local restaurants around to try. It’s a 5 minute walk from the station. The community is very quiet. The receptionists were very helpful. They assisted us ver well: when we need iron, extra pillows and even taxi assistance going to the station. Room itself is ok, standard japanese type of room. Very happy to stay again here soon.

Everything was ok. The only downside is that there are lots of chinese tourists accommodating in the hotel, they were so loud and sometimes you will hear banging sounds beside our room, need soundproofing for every rooms.

Noku Osaka is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The accommodation is extremely well-located—close to the river, the city center, and public transportation. We chose to travel by train, and it was a 20-minute walk to Temma Station (JR Line). The hotel provides excellent service in terms of staff, cleanliness, and food. The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel (15 m²) and had a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was also surprisingly large. They offered quality amenities and cleaned our room daily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, they offer a convenient service for sending your luggage to your next destination. Breakfast was delicious, combining both traditional Japanese dishes and some Western options. While the selection was mostly the same each day, there was enough variety to choose something different every morning. The restaurant staff were incredibly kind and greeted us with warm smiles each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Noku and would return in a heartbeat. Congratulations to the team for providing top-notch service and a truly memorable stay!

Excellent location, central with good connection to public transport. Excellent cleanliness. Friendly Japanese speaking staff. The receptionists speak English. Very good and varied breakfast. Chef present to take the pulse of the guests' satisfaction. Price a little high, above the average in Japan but considering that it was during the period when Osaka hosted the International Exhibition, the price is explained.

Apart from the reception staff, no one, not even the lobby staff, spoke any language. The website says they speak English, but in reality they speak Japanese.

Great hotel! Great rooms, very clean, very new, and very pretty! The staff was very friendly to us and maybe the only hotel in Japan where we could fully communicate in English. The hotel is just 2 minutes from a big supermarket, and the room had lots of space compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan.

Location could be a bit better as the closest subway was 15 minutes away from the hotel, but there are multiple buses nearby, so it's not a huge deal breaker.

Location was great, 5 mins from subway, 10 mins walk to large walking market street (Tenjinbashisuji shopping street) with plenty restaurants, shops, bars, street food etc, all covered, very handy in rainy season. Room had everything required, kettle, tea/coffee etc and bath in bathroom (not forgetting heated toilet seat!) Staff all helpful/professional.

Room was small, not a lot of space between beds. Been in smaller rooms but seemed poor design e.g, no storage space, wasted area under bed for cases etc. Had a large well equipped cafe/bar with great seating area on ground floor but closed at 6pm and area roped off. So not only no cafe/bar but couldn't use seating area to relax outside room which would have compensated for small room. Just seemed like a waste of a useful facility in hotel.

We have arrived earlier and they allowed us to check in which was super great! Staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, with everything we needed: they did not come in into the room when we had do not disturb sign, but had left towels and free water bottles for us outside every day. We did not hear any noise from other rooms, which might be due to good sound insolation (or maybe we did not have anyone in the neighboring rooms). They have also provided iron for us when we ask for it at the reception. Great location! Overall very good stay!

Due to the high humidity we could not turn off ventilation in the toilet and it was very noisy. If you are light sleeper, get yourself a pair of earplugs. On a 9th floor windows do not have clear glass and cannot be opened either. So you can’t check the weather before leaving.

Excellent position, very clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, good value for money. The hotel is very close to a couple of indoor markets where you can find a lot of excellent local restaurants and bars.

The standard double room could be considered a little small, especially if you are travelling with two holding luggages. There is not a lot of space to open them and there are not a lot of available surfaces to place personal belongins and/or additional bags.

The staffs are super nice like all Japanese. They have laundry downstairs which is nice and cheap. The breakfast is also quite good. The room also has dehumidifier and air cleaner which is a plus.

The bathroom ceiling is quite short, for my friend who is 1.91m it‘s already quite narrow. I don‘t have issues though. The location is close to the Tenmangu shrine however it takes a bit to go to Umeda or Dotonbori and especially the subways only run until 00 am, you might need to take uber or taxis back to the hotel.

It was clean, staff friendly - no prolonged interactions. Easy to get to on foot or taxi (around 20AUD) to Osaka station - we weren’t on a tight budget so no real issue with taxis - we booked via Uber.

Not disliked but was cramped - we knew it would be smallish & all being 6ft or over & one plus body we did find it cramped. But we were okay with it as it was only for sleeping. Rooms we booked were 20sqm & the pics looked great but reality differed

The complimentary skincare products are a nice gesture. Good location in a quiet residential area near train station and Tenjinbashisuji shopping street.

Nothing much in the immediate surrounding area, need to walk an unsheltered stretch to the train station, which may be a problem in bad weather.
