Top location for osaka castle and to public transport. Metro station in one corner and keihan train station in the other corner. Hotel restaurant was not welcoming but there were so many options in the same block to eat well we did not miss eating at the hotel. To improve sound insulation as you hear all noise from the hall the neighbors and the street. They offer ear plugs but too hard foam.

Really a beautiful hotel, providing all the comforts of 5 star. Well located with a big shopping mall diagonally across the intersection with a Starbucks at the entrance and 7/11 next door. Close to the castle.

Not much not to like about this place, except perhaps that not much English spoken here.

Location was very good with easy train access to the various places in Osaka that I wanted to visit and I could take a direct train to Kyoto where I was going next. Easy access to Dotonburi Street. The eateries around the hotel were good too.

The rooms were a tad small but it was mentioned at time of booking so no fault of the hotel. Nonetheless, it was clean and had a private bathroom which was my request. Nothing really that I didn't like.

The location is very convenient to train station, shopping plaza, Osaka Castle etc. The staff were extremely helpful in many ways, including getting us a taxi in the rain at rush hours. There are coin operated laundry on two floors for patrons.

Breakfast hour in the hotel restaurant starts at 7:30 am and was a bit late for us, but there are alternative eateries near the hotel.

Compact rooms which 2 people can sleep in. Fridge, kettle etc. quite small bathroom however serviceable. Good value for the price. Very close to Ōsaka castle and Temmabashi station so great for exploring.

Needed a little more of a deep clean with a little dust behind doors. Windows in the 2 rooms we were in didn’t open for fresh air so room felt a little stuffy overnight and quite warm.

The location is perfect. It is close to the subway, shopping centre , familymart, lawson, osaka castle and etc. It is easy to check in and check out by self service. The hotel provides all kind of amenities like toothbrush, face cream and tea. The staff is kind.

The room was kind of small and the window could not be opened.

Great location, right next door to the subway station. The facilities were very clean and comfortable, and it was nice to just pick up free amenities at the front desk. The breakfast was good too. The room was a bit small, but it served perfectly as a place just to sleep. So we didn't mind at all. Keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. We only had backpacks, and it was tight to fit. Overall, nice accommodation.

We found the location really great. Walking distance to Osaka castle and subway very close and convenient. The room was very clean and staff lovely

Bathroom and room small but didn't really matter as we were out all day.

The location was ideal as it was close to the train station and mall. We walked to tourist locations and train stops so extremely convenient. Room was pleasant too.

There was a strange odor from the toilet, kind of like sewage, that came and went.

Amazing location and proximity to subway line

Twin bedded room was a little small considering that 2 adults would travel with luggage bags. There was scarcity of space to open bags and move freely.
