Clean facility. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. Location is excellent - in front of the City Mall. Close to convenient stores and nice restaurants.

The checkin process is very difficult. There was language barrier and as well and their cumbersome way of handling checkin. Instead of the rigid procedure, customer ease of checkin should be priority. But when Mr Kim came out, he was great. I wish all learn from Mr Kim. Also the house cleaning is not too detailed. They don't vacuum the floor and the toilet smelled of urine.

This was one of my favorite hotels we stayed during Japan trip! The room was SO spacious and inexpensive! Very beautiful decor and tons of amenities! Was across street from station and mall! Quieter area of Osaka. I can't rave about this place more. Best bathroom and fastest wifi. Staff spoke englilsh and was super friendly. Helped out with luggage delivery to a very rural area of Japan. I cannot recommend this place enough! You get the biggest bang for your buck here. The beds were also the comfiest we had. Spent time in Osaka, Tokyo, and Kyoto, and Gifu area. Very modern while keeping that traditional Japanese touch. Will definitely stay anytime I go back to Japan .

It is a good place to stay if you want to visit kyoto daily. Osaka was our base and we visited kyoto nara kobe from here. Keihan lines are just infront of the road. There is also a big mall with mc donalds and starbucks if u needed. Staff is friendly and helpful. For rainy days they give free umbrellas. Ice machine vending machine and microwave available. You can leave ur luggage before and after checkin. Room is very small but at least it has some drawers to put clothes in. Lights and everything is managed by a technological gadget in the room. Tv has youtube.

Room size is too small. Its like a tiny house or caravan living. After seeing this I decided to pick a bigger room for my Tokyo stay. Laundry machines are always full and only 3 machines for 17 floor hotel. Reception should be able to speak better English.

There was plenty of amenities for you if you forgot things like razors washing stuff etc and also shampoos and shower gel and conditioner in the rooms Also the laundrette was good (3 of them ) and you could keep an eye on them from your hotel screeb till one came available- we did need to put in another 100yen thou to fully dry Also all the controls in the room are controlled by a tablet near bed side which was good and water provided daily too

A great place to stay in Osaka. It's in a very convenient location, just a five-minute walk from a metro station and a train station. The Keihan City Mall, which is connected to the Keihan Railway Tenmabashi Station, is located across the road. It's a modern hotel with an excellent breakfast. Having the bathroom separate from the toilet is very convenient. The common rooms and our room, which was cleaned every day, were impeccably clean. The hotel's laundry facilities are a plus. However, you need to be patient to find an available washing machine/dryer (there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers for around 300 rooms).

When the twin room is used by three guests, there is limited space, especially for storing luggage.

Breakfast had a good variety of items; really good miso. Staff was friendly. PJs were supersoft--I almost bought some. Room was very well arranged. We were a bit surprised: we'd been told Japanese hotel rooms were small, but this one was the smallest of the 5 we stayed in, and that includes one in Tokyo.

The check-in, check-out via screen only was very awkward, especially since desk staff came out to walk all guests through the procedure. It was frustrating--here and at other hotels--that the only way to have the in-room coffee and water refilled without having the entire room cleaned and linens changed was to go ask at the desk (one hotel had figured this out by having multiple options for room maintenance).

The hotel was a modern, stylish hotel at a great location for me. As it was my second time staying in Osaka, I wanted a location further from the crowded main strip but still well connected. I appreciated that the hotel was steps away from Temmabashi station which was connected to both the railway for access toward Kyoto and also the underground metro to head into Osaka city centre. The station was also directly connected to a large shopping mall. The room itself was exactly as pictured in the photos, clean and well furnished. The room was tight with suitcases but as expected from the photos and as most hotels in metro Osaka. I appreciated the 24 hour service desk as I checked in late in the evening. Ammenities were available at the elevator entrance for tea/coffee, toothbrushes etc to take as needed. Easy to use system by the bed to control lights, and choose between do not disturb/eco clean/full clean each day. Shower got really hot with great water pressure. The staff were helpful, professional and polite. The WIFI was easy to access and had no issues with connection throughout.

The breakfast while had a decent variety was just okay tastewise. The hot food was pretty much the same every day, and got repetitive for those with a longer stay.

As expected with other Keihan hotels we’ve stayed at, this is a great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Reasonable value. Good amenities. Regular cleaning, towel & rubbish changes. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are a very reasonable size for Japan. This hotel has parking and laundry services. It’s close to a number of train lines for easy access around Osaka and further afield

Be warned although there is parking the spaces are very small! We were ok with a small Nissan but larger cars may have an issue. The washing is a lot more expensive than other areas of Japan we have stayed including Tokyo & Hiroshima. The washing & Drying machines are separate so you have to go up and down a lot and it has to be paid by card so not as convenient as other hotels. However, I must note, I still do appreciate this service being offered!

Breakfast had a lot of options and was slightly changed every day, the staff was very kind and helpful, it was very comfortable and close to the subway which helped a lot

I found the provided slippers very uncomfortable to wear due to their odd shape. There should be a rule instated for the laundry services that a person/room can't use more than one washing machine and one dryer at a time. When we washed our clothes, there were plenty of dryers available, but when we went to move them to the dryer, somebody who also washed their clothes was drying them in multiple machines, which left us with a bag of wet clothes waiting about an hour for something to become available 🥲

This hotel really took us by surprise. We got a great deal through Booking.com, because it seems like it is quite a fancy hotel normally. The room was great, pretty spacious, and everything about it worked nicely. The AC was comfortable, right humidity for nice sleep, and the moodlights at the headboard of the bed was a nice touch. The bed itself was also good! The hotel is directly across the street from the metro station, which takes you down to Dotonbori with only a brisk walk, or to Osaka station from where you can go anywhere else. The area is lively without being hectic, and there is a Uniqlo/GU in the mall across the street.

The breakfast was pretty sad, compared to the amazing food in the rest of Japan. We tried it out 1 day, but glad we didn't add it to our booking beforehand. Just go outside and eat somewhere authentic ;)
