This was one of my favorite hotels we stayed during Japan trip! The room was SO spacious and inexpensive! Very beautiful decor and tons of amenities! Was across street from station and mall! Quieter area of Osaka. I can't rave about this place more. Best bathroom and fastest wifi. Staff spoke englilsh and was super friendly. Helped out with luggage delivery to a very rural area of Japan. I cannot recommend this place enough! You get the biggest bang for your buck here. The beds were also the comfiest we had. Spent time in Osaka, Tokyo, and Kyoto, and Gifu area. Very modern while keeping that traditional Japanese touch. Will definitely stay anytime I go back to Japan .

It is a good place to stay if you want to visit kyoto daily. Osaka was our base and we visited kyoto nara kobe from here. Keihan lines are just infront of the road. There is also a big mall with mc donalds and starbucks if u needed. Staff is friendly and helpful. For rainy days they give free umbrellas. Ice machine vending machine and microwave available. You can leave ur luggage before and after checkin. Room is very small but at least it has some drawers to put clothes in. Lights and everything is managed by a technological gadget in the room. Tv has youtube.

Room size is too small. Its like a tiny house or caravan living. After seeing this I decided to pick a bigger room for my Tokyo stay. Laundry machines are always full and only 3 machines for 17 floor hotel. Reception should be able to speak better English.

There was plenty of amenities for you if you forgot things like razors washing stuff etc and also shampoos and shower gel and conditioner in the rooms Also the laundrette was good (3 of them ) and you could keep an eye on them from your hotel screeb till one came available- we did need to put in another 100yen thou to fully dry Also all the controls in the room are controlled by a tablet near bed side which was good and water provided daily too

As expected with other Keihan hotels we’ve stayed at, this is a great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Reasonable value. Good amenities. Regular cleaning, towel & rubbish changes. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are a very reasonable size for Japan. This hotel has parking and laundry services. It’s close to a number of train lines for easy access around Osaka and further afield

Be warned although there is parking the spaces are very small! We were ok with a small Nissan but larger cars may have an issue. The washing is a lot more expensive than other areas of Japan we have stayed including Tokyo & Hiroshima. The washing & Drying machines are separate so you have to go up and down a lot and it has to be paid by card so not as convenient as other hotels. However, I must note, I still do appreciate this service being offered!

This hotel really took us by surprise. We got a great deal through Booking.com, because it seems like it is quite a fancy hotel normally. The room was great, pretty spacious, and everything about it worked nicely. The AC was comfortable, right humidity for nice sleep, and the moodlights at the headboard of the bed was a nice touch. The bed itself was also good! The hotel is directly across the street from the metro station, which takes you down to Dotonbori with only a brisk walk, or to Osaka station from where you can go anywhere else. The area is lively without being hectic, and there is a Uniqlo/GU in the mall across the street.

The breakfast was pretty sad, compared to the amazing food in the rest of Japan. We tried it out 1 day, but glad we didn't add it to our booking beforehand. Just go outside and eat somewhere authentic ;)

This property is exceptional! It had every facility required for a comfortable stay, and the variety of amenities made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Housekeeping were exceptional with their work, and very accomodating to our requests. The hotel was in the perfect location, situated close to many 24 hour marts, eateries and opposite a mall & train station which took us to the city centre (Dotonbori). It is also a 15 minute walk from Osaka Castle. Front desk were very professional and incredibly friendly! We found it very affordable as well! Definitely a 10/10, highly recommend.

- Modern hotel. Room was small but enough for two. The control display at the bedside was very useful. - Generally very clean - Good location, 15 minutes on foot to Osaka Castle and right next to a bigger train station - Breakfast was nice but will get very crowded after 8am What bothered us: - Street was pretty loud at times, even on the 7th floor where we stayed and with windows closed - Staff was friendly but overall very poor English skills. Some had to use a translation device for simple requests but they at least tried, others pretty much gave up right away and told us to come back later. We would have expected a bit more from receptionists in a hotel with lots of international tourists.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great - nice and quiet despite being right next to a train station. Feels very safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was as described, clean and beautifully designed. It's incredible actually, to notice how much the design of a room impacts your stay. The bed was very comfortable. Great under-bed storage, which utilises the floor space well. Pillows were a bit firm for us, but that's a personal preference. Shower was great, with reliable hot water. Big bottle soaps were provided, so no wasteful miniatures. The WiFi was excellent. The air-conditioning was very quiet, efficient and easy to adjust. Minifridge worked well. Adequate working space with a desk and chair. Good laundry facilities. Breakfast was very nice, a big buffet with a wide variety of freshly cooked Asian and Western style foods. Luggage storage was available and efficient, which we appreciated. There is a Family Mart right around the corner from the hotel, which is very useful. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

We were upgraded to a larger twin room (there are two larger on each floor) which was wonderful, spacious and well worth having as the standard twins that the rest of my family were in were pretty tight for space. Location was good, not great, for the whole city - opposite a station and a small mall (Muji, Uniqlo, supermarkets etc etc). Great location for both the castle and our bike ride with Cycle Osaka however - highlights of our stay in Osaka. Beds and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean. If travelling on to Kyoto the journey couldn't be easier. 400Y for a Keihan mainline train from the station over the road. Super easy and cheap and 40mins. We paid to transfer our luggage but needn't have, it was an easy hop onto the train.

We found local restaurants hard to find in the area- McDonalds in the station and a couple of small places that were always too busy to sit us. The hotel breakfast was just ok - more catered to Japanese tastes than western, although chicken nuggets went down well with my boys, I'd have preferred a decent bread roll with butter or a nice croissant. There is no central lounge area or seating for guests - the restaurants area is closed when not serving food so if you're not eating you can only sit in your room which adds to the tight-for-space feel. We had 3 rooms in total and none of use could work out how to stream to the TV for even a movie, despite following all (detailed) instructions. Disappointing after a busy day sightseeing.

Check in and out was a breeze. Staff was helpful in helping forward the luggages. They filled in all the forms and contacted the next hotel. We had twin beds plus an extra bed. It comfortably fitted 2 adults, one 7 yr old and 3 yr old. Laundry was easy to use with card payment only. Wash (detergent included) and dry separately. It was an easy walk to the Osaka castle, across the road from train stations and the mall. They provided pajamas and the paid child also get pajamas (very cute with bear print).

Although the beds were good size, left little room for luggages. As it wasn't our final destination and kept shopping to a minimum, we didn't have too much issue. Also, train station is very close but not as close to other attractions. We did expect transfers, but inside the train station there can be a slight walk to the exit to above ground near the hotel. The pillow was on the bulkier firmer side but that is just a personal preference.
