GREAT HOTEL! Nestled in a quiet area, away from the city's hustle and bustle, this hotel is an ideal base for a vacation in Osaka and nearby cities. The subway stations are within a 5-15 minute walk (purple, green, and red lines). For the shortest walk, take the purple line and get off at T22 Temmabashi. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Osaka Castle, and in the hotel’s surroundings, you’ll find plenty of restaurants of various types and convenience stores (konbini). There’s a designated smoking area just a short walk from the hotel. As for the hotel itself and its services: - The staff is incredibly kind and highly responsive. - Excellent breakfast buffet (mostly savory), with a variety of options that change daily. - Great Wi-Fi. - Washing machines and dryers are available, but no laundry service. - The room we stayed in wasn’t huge, but it was comfortable and functional. If I ever return to Osaka, I’d gladly stay here again!

Checking in was a problem as I had to check in one room at a time using machine. Need to improve. Booking. Com stated address of your hotel has an error. It states Ote-dori1-4-15. The 1 is connected to the word dori and I could not use it well for Google map, and could not use it when booking hotel to airport transfer.

Free breakfast! It's close enough to the station but if you're not used to walking a lot, it can be tiring. And lugging around your baggage from the station to your hotel is so tiring.

No head to toe mirror. No safe in my room. Windows are hard to open... It was a bit of a walk to the station. it's fine when you're not bringing lots of luggage but it can be tiring when u just wanna get to the hotel after a long day

The value is great. Everything is clean and has great staff. The location isn't far from the metro stations. The breakfast was decent, better than expected. Seems they have improved based on previous reviews.

The beds were unexpectedly firm. We weren't used to that.

Good location for visiting Osaka castle, walkable distance to the entrance of subway station and 7-11 convenience store, clean room. Very helpful hotel staff Miss Xu who provided me all necessary information of location transportation in Osaka, Appreciarte.

If a piece of paper of how to log in WiFi with password could be given to the guest when he makes check in it will be greatly appreciated. The check time of this hotel is 4:00 pm seem too late as check-in time of all hotels in Canada are normally around 2:00 - 3:00pm. There is NO reason to make such later check in for the guests who are visiting Osaka busily.

Great price, great location. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. It had everything you'd need for a good stay.

The humidifier in the room was busted. That's about it.

The hotel was very clean, well kept. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was quite varied and had tasty things.

The room was pretty clean. No so much space though but enough to put things.

Less Vegeterian options in the breakfast. Little far from station. On top of that the walking actually includs climbing slope. Difficult when you are already tired and having travel bags with you. No transportation service from hotel.
