The property is close to all types of Japaneese resterants, bars, cafes, bento boxes & prepapared healthy meals avaliable 24hrs at Lawsons & many other 7-11 type stores stocking the every day basics. The property provided a large & comprehensive suit of bathroom products including house slippers all of a quality equel or better than most 4 & 5 star Hotels. The space was hudge by Japanesse standards 2 Large rooms, Kitchen/dining & seperate bedroom, a combined 45+ sq meters comapaed to the 17-20 sq meters in the average 4-5 star hotels, large bathroon, deep bath for traditional Japaneese bathing or western showering & bathing & seperated wash basin & vanity. Reception & other staff were friendly & dilagent, giving helpful, directions & infomation apon request, some spoke very good english others used translation apps to ensure we were understood and our needs were met. The suit had cooking facilities & quality up to date appliances. A comprehensive folder provided english instructions using QR coding for ease of use. Cloth washing maching, airconditioner, microwave, stove top pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, glases & much more. The balcony alowed acess to fresh air and street view made us feel at home in the neighbourhood. Compared with the majority of Hotels not having the ability to open windows at all. We will definatly be returning to Asaka for a much longer stay knowing that we have a home away from home at TAKUTO STAY SAKAISUJI-HOMMACHI. Not having time to stay longer.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, this served our purpose for a 4 day stay in Osaka well. If you're booking for less than 4 people be warned about the photos and scroll through the whole album, the main photos with two storeys are for 8 people. However, the room was very spacious and it was a nice stay!

The room was huge and had a nice balcony! We were shocked by the amount of space we had. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had great amenities. We would in a good location where we could walk to restaurants and attractions but it was still a "quiet" family friendly neighborhood.

There was no staff. Check in was very frustrating because it was on an ipad that was a little glitchy. If you didn't carefully read every single email they sent prior to your check in, it is very confusing and frustrating, especially after a long travel day.

This was a large maisonette set across two floors, with the ground floor having two beds, kitchen, toilet and living area, and the upstairs having three beds around a central staircase. The area was good with Osaka Metro stations within 5-10 minutes walk depending on which line you need. Also walking distance from Osaka Castle.

The mattresses for the ground floor beds are a bit tired and could do with replacement. The check in process was long and tedious requiring a video call and all members of the party staying present to appear on said call and take pictures of each person and passport etc. When you finish checking in you get a code for the door that makes a very loud beeping noise for those inside, meaning if one member of your party arrives late, the noise from the door is loud late at night. The lack of a physical key was a bit unnerving too.

The security was a right pain in the Butt! Have to supply passport details multiple times & they take a facial recognition image of you just to get in the first door! They were no staff to either like or dislike as there simply wasn’t anyone on site. Email is good & reasonable time on response to questions. No info about area around accommodation.

We got this hotel last minute and was shocked by the affordable price. It was an adjustment checking in without a front desk. It was very futuristic but easy. I enjoyed the SIZE of the room and all of extras. We didn't need to contact the hotel about anything. There were instructions for how to operate the room (such as turning on the hot water). There were ample towels, slippers, and facial tissue to help with the stay. Even the toiletries like the sponges were great for makeup removal and spared the towels. The kitchen was well equipped with clean dishes and cups. The kettle functioned well and the microwave was very helpful. The fridge was full sized and clean. There was also a rice cooker! I've never seen that before. The dining room area was spacious enough for four or five people to sit comfortably. The bathroom was great. There was a tub and a step stool which came in handy after a long day of exploring Osaka and Kyoto. There's a washer in the hotel AND A drying room in the shower room. It works VERY well. This is so helpful when traveling so far and not wanting to pack as much. Laundry detergent is supplied but the convenient store around the corner has affordable laundry detergent pods. The AC/heater and humidfier was so helpful for the cold dry air. The balcony also has additional drying racks. There were more than enough clothing and drying options. The balcony is spacious for getting fresh air. The lights in the room have multiple settings: dim, bright, and yellow light. The room has a detailed book with the wifi and how to use the room. The stay was EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable and set the bar high.

The virtual desk experience ended abruptly. If the virtual desk host would let us know that the sign in and passport verification was done before ending the call, that would've been less concerning. We just saw the call ended and received a confirmation shortly after with instructions for our door. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience. Very unique with the check ins.

Great central location, well explained pre-check in info. The washing machine and plentiful hangers made catching up laundry a breeze after we had been on the road for a week. The remainder of the apartment facilities made it feel much more like a stay than a hotel.

I would have liked a smart TV/Chromecast feature. Other than that I have absolutely no criticisms!

The check-in process includes a video call using the provided tablet to the owner, which might be concerning in the mid-night, although we did not came across any issues, and the owner is friendly. The location is convenient and is near to the metro station. And there is evaluator in the building. The room is very big and we can open our luggage without problems. There is also a balcony in the room. The room is well equipped, such as TV, microwave, induction cooker, water boiler, refrigerator, washing machine, cookset, air conditioning, WiFi etc. The room is clean enough for a night.

The only desk in the room is occupied by the TV, there could be more desk and chairs given the large size of the room. The washing machine is very noisy.

Decent location within walking distance to train station. Modern check-in experience with detailed instructions for all amenities and equipment. Clean and plenty of room for family of 5 with luggage.

Just that it could have been cleaned more thoroughly as there was still dirt in the corners and the toilet room smelled like urine.
