We enjoyed our stay here in Osaka. The rooms were quite small despite it being a double room however, we still enjoyed our experience. The hotel is located in a calm but busy area with its own unique shops and local businesses and interesting things to see, which is a 5 min walk to Honmachi metro station. The hotel is also about 10-15 min walk to Shinsaibashi shopping district and same for Namba district. The hotel is really in a fantastic location which made it easy to explore other areas if you enjoy walking or exploring.

The breakfast wasn't great. We did not enjoy it. There was not a lot on offer which made it quit boring.

- The hotel is quite central, couple of blocks from the Hommachi Station of the Metro Midosuji Line. - The rooms are very tidy and clean, you have everything you need on a smaller-compact place. - The breakfast is okay. - If you are a "QR-Code Junkie and a high-tech-fan", the check in/out system is almost completely digital. - You have a huge TV in the small room and you can watch even some block-busters (like Transformers or Avatar) free. - You can leave your luggage before and after your stay. - They don't clean every day - super! - They give you a lunch-voucher for a cheaper 1 plate-dish.

- The breakfast time is between 06:30-09:15 o'clock (of course, if you are checking out, get out at the right time) - but till 10:00 o'clock would be nice to chill a bit. The breakfast room is really small for such a huge hotel. - It is a big hotel with most probably many guests - I had the feeling they are rushing with the guest-turnovers - the cleaning was coming in my room at 09:30 and I was like... okay... check out till 10:00... I suppose I should have some more time... - Attention! - there are 3 (?) APA Hotels in Osaka!!! Give the exact address in your GPS in, because otherwise you might end up by an other hotel!

Everything was nice and well coordinated. Always clean and comfortable place to go back. The staff at reception could understand me and speak with me in English!

After cleaning, the cleaning staff often didn't take out the used towel bags and just brought more every day, so the small room became stuffed with bags full of towels very soon. This probably happened because they didn't know that i was alone because I had a lot of stuff, but it made me a bit uncomfortable. Other than this, I had no problems, and I truly recommend staying here!

The bed was so comfy- I slept so well in the massive bed! They provided a change of towels every day at your door, even if you don't get your room cleaned. The staff provided a high level of service and could speak English. The station is close by and there are two convenient stores right next to the hotel.

The room was a bit dusty and there isn't enough space to put things. Only good if you're staying solo or two people. There is a smell of grilled food from the vents and the AC is too strong if you turn it on so you might feel very cold.

The front desk staff was understanding since I didn't speak Japanese. I tried my best with them and check-in wasn't a issue. I also forgot my tag for my luggage as well and lucky I took a picture of it and showed them thus allowing me to get my bags and into my room. I was in a good spot for the many train locations and some food restaurants as well.

I would say that they don't have a storage room although I do understand why they don't since it's not a big hotel. Coming back at a certain time is also a small issue but understandable since there was a lot of luggage at the front desk and will cause major issue if not picked up. I also didn't like the TV always turning on when I came back to the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful after an issue with my partner checking in, (our fault, not theirs) sorted quickly. They were also helpful and understanding when we got mixed up with the check out time (thank you!) Location wasn’t too far from main sites and very close to a train station. Bed was comfortable, room had all facilities needed. Little supermarket just next door too which was helpful.

Room was just a little bit too dusty, didn’t make it too uncomfortable for ourselves personally but may make others.

Friendly staff, ok location within walking distance of several metro stations. Clean and tidy facilities. Ok value for money, the pricing seems quite dynamic. Your average APA-hotel.

Only one elevator for the whole hotel, so it gets rather crowded. No washing machine possibility.

This was my first time staying at an APA hotel. I loved it. The rooms are typical, small style Japanese rooms, but perfect if you are traveling for business like I was. Everything is clean, decorated nicely and plenty of UBS ports for your devices. The bed was a twin or queen, the TV was at the end of the bed and it was all comfortable and cozy. I am now going to be staying at APA as much as I can.

Everything was fine. 8-10 minutes walk to the subway. Smiling and helpful staff.

It's complicated when you going for the first time. There is another APA in near location. Only difference is "Higashi". Accidentaly we firstly went to the other hotel. 15 min to walk to this one. The room was too tight for 2 big luggages. But it's normal dimensions for Japan.

I liked the staff a lot. They were super friendly and the place was so so clean inside and out

The room was tiny. I expected rooms to be tiny in Japan but it was acceptable. It was just hard with three luggages. The pillows were ok. It was hard to sleep with them but it was manageable
