Location and amenities! Theres 2 7-11s and a lawsons right next to us. 5 min walk to the subway! Quiet neighborhood! They had a cute makeup testing and photo area. I ended up buying japanese nail polish WAKEWAKE<?> because i liked the tester! Great way to let people know the product! Had amenity baskets. Have luggage transport service! Great staff!

My room had what looked like a bathroom cube was just added into the room. It was interesting. It also strongly smelled of mildew? Or like sweaty old gym bag:((( it was so bad! It was difficult to breathe in the bathroom even with the fan on. Not sure what that was about. That is the only bad. The smelly bathroom.

Location is near 2 train stations and can be accessed from several roads. Lots of convenience stores near by. Staff: the Receptionists, the catering lady and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Facility: really impresssed with the all- you-can-drink offer. Bathroom: best toilet and bath-and-shower. Water pressure was excellent made shower times like heaven. Also got no allegies from the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Very good products. Breakfast was very good. The weight meter at the front desk was very helpful, helped us check if our luggage was exceeded the weight limit. Lots of electric sockets available and no adapter needed, we could charge our phones easily and without worries.

The room needed to be vacuum on the carpet. The bed was a bit too narrow for 2 people with average Asian body sizes especially when changing positions one kept knocking elbows on the wall and another nearly falling out of bed.

Clean compact room with everything you needed to rest and recharge after a day of explore. It was full sound proof and bed was very very comfortable. I had a bath with a beer or drink from the vending machines every evening which was really relaxing, my own private onsen 😜 The breakfast cook was warm, welcoming and everything was replenished often so everything was fresh and delicious. 3 metros within easy walking distance and plenty of local connivence stores and local restaurants to choose from super close by. It would be a tight squeeze if you had lots of luggage as there wasn’t under bed storage but I travel super light so it wasn’t a problem, just move a few things around to suit. Great value for money

Hotel is in a nice location, a short train ride to Dotonbori and Osaka Castle. I liked getting away from the crowds to this quiet little oasis. The room was clean and comfortable -- and for the price, I was suprised at how nice the room was compared to other hotels I stayed at. The staff, including the chef, were helpful and friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad either. Pro tip: there a few great ramen spots in walking distance.

This hotel is located outside of the main hub areas of Osaka, so it's nice and quiet. It's close enough to a metro station, so you can get around Osaka fairly easily. Staff were really friendly and helpful

Because you're in a business part of Osaka, food options outside of the hotel are limited. There is a Sumiya and a few 7-Eleven locations, so you're not completely out of luck, but if you're looking for late-night options, you might be out of luck.

Great location, new hotel, spacious room

I stayed over 20 days and my room was NOT cleaned every day although I have asked to clean it!!! Dirty floor was not cleaned every day!!! I was NOT AT ALL satisfied about the room cleaning!!!

Great location right near the subway station and convenience stores. Lovely breakfast offered by a very friendly cook. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The room was quiet, dark and the aircon worked well. I slept well here.

The neighbourhood seems a bit old, and the building itself seems a bit old too. The room was small, but comfortable. Some of the fixtures like the extractor fan and the plug holes seemed like they needed a bit of love. Overall it was comfortable and convenient.

The hotel offered exactly what we needed when we arrived after some days traveling around Japan and staying in smaller places. So, we finally found what I would say was the standard hotel room: great space, a comfortable bed, very friendly staff, and you can even enjoy some drinks in the dining room while chatting with your friends.

It wasn't the best location in the world for getting around, but you can manage to find a subway station nearby and a few places to eat and drink, although it wasn't a lively neighborhood either. However, if you're looking for a quieter place, that's a good thing.

First of all, I found the hotel, and especially the room, very clean which is quite appreciable. The staff is nice and helpful. In the lobby, you can pick up body lotion, face cleansing or even hair iron should you need them. It was a nice touch. It is also well located and in a safe area with several restaurants.

The room is quite small which is not surprising and standard to equivalent hotels. However, because the bed is big, it does take up a lot of space. It wasn't too much of an issue for one person, but it could be crowded for two people. Some guests (men, maybe salary men) were quite noisy at some point in the evening and then morning... and you could hear them a bit too much from the room. But apart from them, I would say the hotel is quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised with how many features and resources were provided in the hotel. There were slippers and a shoehorn at the front, many power ports around the room, a safe, fridge, tv, air purifier, shower with strong water pressure, mirror with fog control, light controls from the bed, various toiletry items in case you forgot or didn’t have your own - these are all things I don’t typically expect from hotel services, so this was probably one of the, if not best, experiences I’ve had at a hotel ☺️
