Generally good hotel. It had everything I felt I needed. I liked the location cause it was a short train ride for most activities in Osaka as well as close to Osaka and Shin-Osaka station. Even the walk to dotonbori was 30 min (which is nice if you miss the last train.

You can add to your booking to get breakfast which was nice. Coming from Europe, though, I expected a breakfast buffet or something similar. You get a rice bento and green tea which is nice (the breakfast was good), but can be disappointing if you expected something else so just a heads up! 😊

✅ 10 minute walk to the metro, easy check in process and fancy lobby, room was clean, organised and comfortable. bathroom was lovely with great shower and lovely toilet ! ❌ bed was tiny, and was a bit cramped for two people sharing, however that’s what you expect from a business hotel. room was small, but again that’s customary for japanese rooms.

I recommend this hotel for everyone. Comfy and clean. I am the lucky person, when I forgot my shinkansen tickets, the staff directly call me back and save my ticket properly. Thank you for your quickly response

Location was in between two metro stations so a little annoying but not too far. We didn't get fresh towels for the 5 days, I had gone down to ask for more, got 1 and was told to leave the others outside and they'd be replaced and they never were

As a wheelchair user, I found it great being able to navigate the hotel.

The bathroom was too small I physically couldn't use it. Even after asking for the disabled room the bathroom was too small.

The bathrooms are cleaner than I expected! Also the cleaning service is available upon request.

Luggage storage is not available. It costs 3000 yen. Also, the staff at the reception was a little bit slow. They were confused about our booking so we had to show them the booking page several times.
