**A Truly Memorable Stay – Thank You, APA Hotel Osaka Tanimachi 4-chome Akimae!** My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at APA Hotel Osaka from July 6th to 13th, 2025 during our visit for World Expo 2025—and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just 15 to 20 steps away from the Osaka Metro elevator and stairway entrance. It made getting around the city so convenient for us. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance, which added to the comfort of our stay. A special shoutout to the front office team—especially the three friendly and helpful female staff, and one outstanding Chinese-speaking lady who went above and beyond for us. Her service was extraordinary, and together, the team truly deserves a "Best Employee" award. Their warm smiles, professionalism, and helpfulness made our stay unforgettable. What really touched us was the small but sincere gesture—lending us an umbrella when it rained. That simple act, along with their consistent care, made us feel genuinely welcomed. I've traveled extensively across the world and stayed in many hotels across different continents, but this experience stands out as one of the most heartfelt and memorable. We have fallen in love with this APA Hotel and the memories it has given us. I will definitely return with my family in the future. Japanese professionalism and hospitality are truly in a class of their own—and we hold deep respect for that. We also had an amazing time exploring Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. If the room had just 20 more square feet, it would have made a big difference—there wasn't quite enough space for our luggage. Also, the shower water pressure could be a bit stronger. These are small points, and overall, everything else was excellent. With these minor improvements, it would be absolutely perfect.😊🙏

The staff were very helpful and welcoming! I was happy that they gave small sized slippers for my son to wear. My son loved using them. I was also impressed that there were large sized shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles. The television provided all the information I needed regarding my stay. It was also easy to use. I was 15 minutes late to check out of the hotel, but they did not charge me extra for the late check out. I will be revisiting this location in the future. ✨️

It was satisfactory in a general sense. Right next to an underground railway exit, walking distance of Osaka Castle and Q's mall. The room, albeit not huge but was sufficient for 2 and luggage. The presence of the onsen basically makes the the tube in the room non-essential, unless you're body shy.

Being in the business district and right next to an elevated expressway, there's little view to be had. You'll also need to make use of the internet to locate food places and shopping places around since there's nothing flashy that will lead you the way.

The service from the reception staff was amazing. They were so kind and helpful. I didn't realize I had left my phone and jacket behind at Reception, The staff called me to say they had it and brought my items up to my room.

There was nothing to fault, I just needed a bed to sleep in and close my eyes after a long day of exploring Osaka.

Very nice staff, Excellent facilities, excellent location, good restaurant, very clean. Very good polite people. Have no issue of recommending this place. Be aware of the available space.

the room space was far too tiny forb two people. We were struggling with our belongings and bags.

Perfectly located at Exit #8 of Tanimachi 4-chime Station. A few minutes walk to Osaka Castle. The room is small, but sufficent. The beds are even for European standards large and very comfy. Don‘t be afraid of traffic outside. The window blocks is perfectly off.

Check in was very easy The room was well designed for Japan with everything accessible from the bed or desk. Breakfast was a treat with western options and Japanese staples. The Onsen was large, mostly empty and had a sauna, hot pool and a cold plunge pool

Overall is such great. Just a 5 seconds by feet from Tanimachiyon(4)chome station exit no.8 for elevator. Room and bed are on standard for JP style. Public bath is better than in the picture. Breakfast made me full until afternoon, I love to make a karake curry rice. Wifi is so good. Staff is so helpful:)

The room was quite clean. The hotel was quiet. The staff was helpful and the services were well organised.

The room had part of the blackout curtain missing so there was some light coming in my room.

Great location, right beside a subway station. Very close to Osaka castle. The onsen was probably the best I've experienced, they had a sauna too! Staff were friendly and helpful

The bed was quite small. The room was medium sized compared to other Japanese hotels
