It is convenient and near subway station. The room is bigger than most of hotesl in Japan. Overall is satisfactory.

.Policy is regid and not concern and considerate of clients. As we arrived at about 14:00 but cannot check in till 15：00.

The rooms are not large, but everything seems well planned: There’s a large, comfortable bed, enough space for a desk, a fridge, a small reading lamp, … As others mentioned, the toilets are small, but’s don’t think that’s a real issue. Everything is modern and clean. There’s a highway in the back of the building and some rooms have windows in that direction. However, I never heard any noise. Interestingly, you could feel the bed shake slightly when some large truck was passing by 😅 But that wasn’t really disturbing. The location is ok for day trips from Osaka. Shinsaibashi for the Midosuji line is a 15 minute walk (you can use the underground Crysta passage for most of the way to hide from the sun…). There are also two stops on the Nagahori Line which are closer. The location is almost perfect for partying: Dotombori is a 15 minutes walk, America Mura as well. Underground clubs Circus, Joule and Under are only 15-20 minutes away, and famous bars such as space station are also in the same area. Except for a few things in Umeda, most clubs and many famous bars are located in the area between the hotel, Shinsaibashi and Dotombori. Some more mainstream clubs such as Bambi are even closer, only a 10 minute walk away.

In some way you could compare it to APA in having small but nice, well planned rooms. Compared to such large hotels it does not offer a public bath, coin laundry or breakfast though. However given the price that’s fine. There’s a coin laundry two buildings from the hotel and a high-ranked sandwich place as well.

The location is good! Even though it is not right in the middle of all those popular spots, they are all walking distances or you can just take trains and buses. It gives some distances from the big tourist crowds. I found going to Namba and Osaka stations very convinient for example. It is also not too far from the Kansai airport if you take Nankai Line from Namba Station. The bed was comfy and the room was warn. I could rest a lot there. The sound of the cars on the tollway did not disturb me at all.

The only thing that would be nice to improve is the stains on the carpet in the room. I believe the room was cleaned prior to my arrival but seeing dark stains on the floor made me feel off a little bit.

Facilities and amenities were excellent. The room and bed was large (Queen?) and comfortable. Instant coffee and in room kettle was provided.

The washroom was small. The shower tub was small and I had to shower sideways, would brush up against the shower curtain and hit the wall on occasion (I'm about 5'6). Hotel was close to a train station (about 5 minutes) and you have to walk 5-10 minutes to get to the main streets for restaurants/food/konbini.

Wayfarer Mitsu is conveniently located within walking distance of a bustling shopping area, making it a great choice for those who love to explore the city. The room itself is quite basic but spacious, though the bathroom is on the smaller side. Despite that, the overall stay was decent, and the proximity to the train station adds to its convenience. A good option for travelers looking for a simple and well-located stay.

Price is good for individuals who need only basics.

There is a real problem with cup and glass. They put in the room metal cup which is very uncommon. There is a common area where they put a few glasses. The glasses quickly run out as everyone would take one to their room. The solution is simple, put 1 or 2 glasses in the room. Metal cup is really not common.

Personnel was very helpful and kind. My room had every amenity needed. It was clean and secure, and there was no noise disturbing my sleep. The bed was comfy. The hotel itself is well localised, it was very easy for me to get to the parts of the city I wanted to see and it didn't take much time. I think that it is an amazing choice for its price.

There was nothing negative about my stay here.

Good location, being able to check in online after hours was a massive bonus, and clean.

From a westerners point of view, and this really is a first world problem, the pillow was really thin. I padded it out with a jacket so I didn't end up with a crik in my neck.. Thin pillows were thin on other accommodation in Japan so I don't think it was a scrimp by the establishment.

good sized room and adequate facilities. vending machine is very cheap but you pay what you get I guess. lobby was nice environment. possibility of no human interaction can be a plus for many as you can check in yourself online and go into your room without speaking to reception. though they can be helpful.
