The room was clean, well put together, the A/C was highly functional, and the beds were comfy. The television was easy to use, and the mini-refrigerator kept our breakfast cold (there are some tricky units in other hotels that I can't say the same for). The shower was also quite spacious. This is an easy hotel to recommend if you're staying in Osaka, either for the Teppanyaki nearby, or the Expo this year.

It would have been good to have a suit case stand and an iron in the room already, though these things likely could have been rented from the front desk, had we asked (we were too tired to handle this upon our arrival). In our rooms, the toilet was located next to the door, and the toilet door is a sliding door, so it did lead to one awkward moment where, as I was exiting the toilet and the door was open, I could see into the hall. Do be careful if you're opening the door while someone is in the toilet.

Hotel was new and modern with a spacious well equipped room. The staff was friendly and we could check in earlier. The location was good, with some walking distance to the metro and restaurants.

The room was very cold (when not turning the AC on warm) so sitting without a blanket was tough. There were construction works outside but the noise was alright due to good windows.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The shower and toilet are seperate which I personally like. The beds were the most comfortable of all hotels we stayed at so far and there was a decent amount of room for luggage considering many Japanese hotel rooms are quite small. The staff were lovely, the check-in/check-out process was very simple and the facilities such as laundry were also good. The breakfast was okay, not my personal favourite but it’s a decent breakfast. As Osaka is quite a huge city, I think this hotel is pretty central to all major locations like the Namba city/shrine and Dontonburi which is a 15-20min walk but there is a bus option near the hotel to get everywhere.

The location is slightly far from any train/subway station, at least at 15-20min walk.

The location was fantastic and the staff were amazing! Our flight got big delay and it’s passed the last check in hour, we informed the hotel in advance and they waited for us. Big thank you again. The room was spacious compare to other hotels in Japan and we loved the room layout. A couple of convenience stores near by. Very easy walk to metro stations. We will definitely come back again next time when we visit Osaka. 100% perfect hotel.

Nothing we didn’t like. It was perfect experience.

The good: This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a practical layout separating the shower and sink from the toilet. The beds were large and comfortable, and the modern air conditioning system was efficient. The room also had good lighting, making it cozy. Additionally, they provided a wide range of amenities, such as slippers, pajamas, toothbrushes, shampoo, and soap, which was a thoughtful touch. The laundry area was well-equipped, and the dining area was comfortable. What we really loved was the massage chair, which we used every night after long days of walking; it was a real treat. They also offered free umbrella rentals, which was handy on rainy days. The hotel is centrally located, with several convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The bad: While the location is central, the hotel is not very close to a metro or bus station. The walk to the stations is about 10 minutes, which isn’t a big deal under normal conditions, but it becomes inconvenient on rainy days. Additionally, there was an outlet near the head of the bed that made a noisy buzzing sound throughout the night, which forced us to sleep on the other side of the bed to rest better. Aside from these small issues, our stay was very pleasant.

I appreciated that the staff were so welcoming and were able to speak very well ( at least in my language- English). The staff had a good knowledge of the area and the room was sooooo comfortable for sleeping. Very close to a large mall which was brilliant for my wife's shopping trip.

On our floor the cleaners would leave all of the linen & rubbish from the rooms in the hall each day. Making it difficult to navigate the hallway to the room. This was a minor issue though. No windows to look out of in our room but we only came to the room to relax & sleep.

Very new hotel that is clean and modern. It is right in the heart of Osaka about 20 minute walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori. There's also a train station nearby. The room was nicely decorated and the bed and pillows comfortable. Much better than a standard business hotel The bathroom had everything you needed. I was sad I only had one night here. If you're a foreign tourist with the current exchange rate, it is really great value for money.

The rooms are small as is the standard for Japan. This was fine for a lone traveller but it there are 3 people staying, it will be very cramped, especially with luggage. The breakfast is very basic with little choice. I'd skip paying for breakfast and scope out some of the many cafes Osaka has to offer.

The staff was helpful and we got around the language barrier pretty quickly, when there was one. There are several subway lines nearby. The property is at a good distance from Universal Studios Japan, our main reason for visiting Osaka. It took us barely 30 minutes to be there and the subway services were smooth. We also visited many thrift stores and coffee shops! The neighbourhood was ideal! It was calm and around every block corner was a convenience store open 24/7 or until very late in the night. The room for three was spacious and we didn’t feel like we were stepping on each other’s toes at all! The air conditioner worked perfectly when needed. The staff kept our luggages on our last day so that we could still explore the area— even after check-out. Osaka’s famous city centre, especially Dotonburi, was a cool experience although overstimulating. The calmness and serenity of the property’s neighbourhood was very appreciated.

Our room was pretty spacious for a trio group. I loved that there was enough space under the beds to store our luggages. The lobby had extra amenities for those that needed some more, even though the rooms provided them too. It's a 10 minute walk away from the nearest station and there were at least 3 different conbinies nearby and a few restaurants.

At the time of our stay, they did not offer luggage forwarding services so we had to go to Namba Station to find the Yamato Services for same day delivery. It worked out in the end.

Room was bigger than I thought, beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and felt like it would be a more expensive hotel. Staff let us keep our bags until check-in. Convenient location to Dontonburi and other downtown places.

The toilet and washroom were in separate areas of the bedroom, which is fine, but I would have to go out of the way to go wash my hands. And if my friend was taking a shower, I was out of luck. Other than that, all good. :)
