This is a really convenient and good value business style hotel in a great location. The rooms have a lovely bathtub, great lighting, mini fridge and all of the standard amenities including pyjamas. It is a small hotel so not as impersonal as this style of hotel tends to be in Japan. The location is great for walking distance to major attractions, great food and transport hubs.

The staff treated me a little less kindly than other non-Asian foreigners when I was slightly late checking out. There is only one elevator which may be challenging when the hotel is fully booked.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, great English. The best shampoo and conditioner! Tons of floor space to open suitcases and hangers for jackets. Very quiet, couldn't here next rooms or outside noise.

Beds were quite firm but blanket and pillow were good. Toilet too close to wall, knees against wall to sit and I'm only 173cm. Bathtub too small. Bit of a walk to get to train stations.

Location, clean! Everything! There are cute cafes and a couple of Italian restaurants around. It's walking distance to Dotombori. The staff is very nice

I'd prefer a place with breakfast included, but this hotel doesn't have a restaurant at all. But its fine, staff provided list of cute cafes around for breakfast that actually were delicious and fair price. Be aware rooms are small, so a double room for 2 ppl + bags its probably challenging. So, I recommend book double but for a single occupancy and its perfect. For the rest, this place is fantastic. Close to subway and 7 Eleven!

This is a duplicate review, but I loved the place so much I'm happy to do a second review!!! Location was great - quiet street close to transport and other fun stuff. Walking distance to some of the shopping and eating locales of Osaka. Rooms are just big enough and the bed was hard as a rock which I like. Staff were excellent and the fact that it's relatively small made it feel more intimate. Booked my travel companions in as well.

Would have loved it if the room had a little more storage space (and there's space available to build something in above the desk area).

The hotel is within walking distance of the saikaisuji hommachi station so reaching public transport is convenient. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating of requests you may have. There are convenience stores nearby too. The hotel rooms were very comfortable. The price for the room was also very good compared to other hotels in area, so that's a big a plus.

A small point that's not really a dislike, on previous trips the hotels I have stayed at always had room cleaning in the morning for this hotel you have to request room cleaning a day in advance. To be honest I think this also fine since you can request what time the cleaners come to clean your room when you are not in. The bathroom was a bit small compared to other hotels but then again hotel bathrooms in Japan are generally not spacious.

Boutique-y small hotel which had just a great vibe - perfect for solo traveller (this solo traveller basically taking up a whole double bed on his own!!). Rooms are tiny by western standards but show that’s all the space needed to be perfectly comfortable and chilled. Bed was hard but comfortable. Staff were always super friendly and location was great - not in any place crazy touristy or busy but tucked away between all the major transit lines a man might need!! I’d definitely book it again if I was ever in Osaka again.

There’s nothing I didn’t like

The room is comfortable with everything you need. It’s close to the metro and to lots of places to eat. I arrived much later than planned, and the hotel reached out to me to confirm. They also offered to combine my two bookings so I didn’t have to check out and check back in again. The staff at front desk was very helpful, and waited to help me check in after 10pm, despite not really speaking much English. The AI translator worked well.

The air conditioning (for heating) was a little bit uneven through out the room. Underneath the ac it was too hot but elsewhere was still a bit cold.

Very positively surprised!! Since it was my first time and accomodation in Japan ever and Japanese people often don't know as much english, I was a bit worried about everything in the beginning. But the staff was so kind and spoke perfectly english. I also wanted to extend my stay for one more night, which was absolutely no problem at all. Good location, the subway station is nearby and if you don't mind longer walks, it's nice to walk to some attractions, too. A few streets away there was a small restaurant which was open 24 hours, so that was perfect as I arrived pretty late on my first day. I would definitely recommend if you want a great hotel without being extra fancy :)

I only was a bit confused at first with how the door system works at later hours, when the automatic door is already closed, but in the end that worked out just fine.

It is a very reasonable hotel considering its location and what it offers to its guests. If you are going to use the room for resting, the room is large enough. It is designed more comfortably than most chain hotels. There is everything you need such as private bathroom, refrigerator, kettle, tea/coffee, air conditioning, air purifier, television, a window that opens, hair dryer, towels, slippers, pajamas, toothbrush + paste, hair clips.. Moreover, they keep your luggage after check-in and check-out on the same day. The staff is friendly and polite, just like everywhere else in Japan.

At 3 a.m. the hotel's automatic emergency alarm was activated. We woke up in a daze and couldn't understand anything because the alarm was in one language. The staff's lack of English is not a big deal, but at least a hotel's emergency alarm must be in English too. And also, in such a situation, an explanation in English could have been written for the guests and slipped under the room door. It would make those who would continue their stay feel more comfortable.

The hotel was in a nice spot, not too far from the different subway lines, the shops, and it was also near a laundry place. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was cozy at a good price.

The room is cozy, but very very small. For a solo traveller like me, it wasn't really a problem, although I did have issues finding space to open my suitcase. As well, the hotel does not do luggage forwarding. This wasn't a huge issue for me, but if you are wanting a hotel that does that service, you may want to look elsewhere. In the end, you pay for what you get!
