Black ckout curtains, ample space by Japanese standards, friendly and accommodating staff, no noise, washing machine, large TV, housekeeping service every three days, additional towels upon request, and air conditioning. The apartment is very clean and probably new. It includes utensils, a refrigerator, toiletries, towels, and detergent. It is relatively close to the subway and sightseeing spots. Everything is well thought out to the last detail. Most importantly, we felt a sense of privacy and home. After a long trip in Japan, and having stayed at two other hotels, we were tired of the hotel feel . I wanted space, and this apartment was exactly what we needed. We both enjoyed our stay. To the management: thank you for your hospitality, and apologies for the mess we left behind! It could not find trash cans outside, so we had to bring all the trash home. We are really sorry!

The washing machine was new and fancy, but entirely in Japanese. It was a combined washer and dryer. I used Google Translate and the instructions provided (there is a booklet), but I couldn’t figure out how it worked. It would give me an error and stop drying the clothes. Of course, I could have asked for help (the staff was super friendly), but I didn’t want to and ended up drying the clothes outside. This is a minor complaint, as I had to fill out the blank space, and I am also an entitled American. That place was great. You won’t regret it.

An excellent, no-fuss hotel to stay at in Osaka. I originally booked an Airbnb, but since it was my first time to Osaka I wanted to be greeted by a staff. They offer a main lockable front entrance, and luggage storage for small periods on the day of your check in or out. The room comes with amenities, like gel, shampoos, toothbrush, paste, shaver and cream, as well as drip coffee sachet. There is also a washing machine and the detergent is provided. The washing machine is also a dryer. Bed was comfy, night time was super quiet for good sleep. It’s close to the station, and away from all the noise, which I liked. Nice restaurants and convenience stores are dotted around, I walked over the bridge to Noum each morning for a big breakfast before heading off for the day. The Castle’s in walking distance. And the line to Tennoji connects with all the major spots. The staff are available but super hands off. It’s like an Airbnb but with some support. Perfect for solo travellers. Good luck!

We stayed in the cozy one double bed apartment that looked lile local flat and had everything we need. Bathroom was a bit older but very clean with anemities at the reception. Separate wc is big plus (but i did not understand small sink above the wc 🤔). Spare sheets were convinient if you need second blanket. Location was few minutes from station to Kyoto, metro and Osaka castle and with combinis nearby. We heard some noise first night, but rest night were very quite. Option to leave luggage at the reception when arriving early.

There is step when entering hall/kitchen/bathroom area. For tall people above 175 cm need to bend a bit when going to wc. Receptionist was not present at the check in, but one call resolved it. No breakfast, but small dining section in the apartment and nearby 7Eleven compensated more than enough. Wuite lafe chick in, but we had same problem in all Hotels in Japan

Since we had a delay in the flight, we arrived after midnight. Although I was late to inform, they sent us the details to enter the room. They had left a phone at the enterance to call in case of a problem to check in after hours (considering you wont have a local phone to call). I thought that was very thoughtful and they answwred the phone. Great Location, walking distance to Osaka caatle.The room was clean, had everyrhing you needed for a short stay. General warning to tourists, you can not sleep 2 adults and a kid in double bed. We are glad, this room had a seperate coach turmed bed for our 10 year old son.

Very functional apartment with great location. It was a super easy short walk to train or subway. Great layout for the space. We were very happy with it. Cleaning person did a great job. Spotless.

Personal preference only-me and my daughter found the mattress and pillows very hard but a lot of people like firm so it doesn’t matter. No drying bar out on the balcony for laundry. Looked like it was set up for it the sides were there that looked like they would holds a wrack bar or line but we didn’t see any.

Very modern and new hotel room. The self check in process was easy, there’s just a small trick to open the door to the elevator - you’ll work it out eventually. The room was super clean and bathroom and facilities all perfect. Osaka is so big so it is hard to judge location - you are not in the middle of the action, but you are close to the metro station and other cool things. We took a cab to Shin Osaka station to go with any Shinkansens, it was pretty cheap between a few people and would definitely recommend this rather than fumbling around with metro stations

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka! The rooms were spotless, with all amenities in perfect working order, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help with any requests. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and popular spots around the city. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Osaka!

The location was super convenient to Osaka Castle, the subway, convenience markets, and the supermarket. There are many restaurants nearby and Boulangerie Fukushima, about a block away, had amazing pastries! It was the best croissants and pastries we've had since Paris. The apartment has everything you need. They even provide laundry detergent, brushes, razors, slippers, etc. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the necessities provided. We spent three nights and all were very quiet. The beds are comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and Dar was a great pleasure to speak with. He helped us locate the supermarket and answered our questions. Since we don't speak Japanese, it was a relief that he spoke English so well! Thank you, Dar!

There was nothing not to like.

- Clean, fresh, beautiful apartment - has pretty much everything you need: toothbrush, hair brush, slippers, kitchen appliances for cooking and eating - it has a washing machine which I think is super amazing! (detergents are free) - close to metro station, so easy to go around within Osaka and Kyoto - there a big supermarket nearby, also 7/11s and other small supermarkets as well which is super convenient - as a family of 3 (2adults+1toddler) this place was perfect - very accommodating and polite staff

The nordic interior design is stylish and the flat provides equipment of famous Japanese brands. Clean, spacious, no strange smell and very well managed, I enjoyed the stay very much and the location is awesome: park, beautiful river, big supermarket, convenience stores and train stations (to Osaka or Kyoto) are all within 5-min walk! Also, walking to Osaka Castle or Tenmabashi shopping street is easy. I will definitely choose yksi apartment when I come to Osaka next time.
