The hotel offers good access to key Osaka locations, particularly around Osaka Station and Namba areas. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. What I liked was the comfortable waiting area near the reception, where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and water.

The hotel is situated slightly away from public transportation, with the closest station, Minamimorimachi on the Tanimachi subway line, being about an 8-minute walk. There was a minor 20-minute delay during check-in, though this did not significantly inconvenience me as I was not in a hurry.

Everything! We had a room with two beds, so we could spread out comfortably.. and so we did! Everything was provided as it usually is in good hotels in Japan. The room was pretty big for Japanese standards, so we were glad about that. Luggage storage was offered and a remote-controlled AC was available in the room. The service was very friendly and helpful. 7-Eleven around the corner, as well as a subway station.

Why are there never any wall hooks in the corridors or bathroom? There's so much wall space and it would be so helpful.

Room was tiny and simple, but clean and had everything I needed. Nice bathtub. I asked for an extra pillow and the staff kindly provided. A little bit distant from the centre, but perfectly walkable.

The room was a little noisy with traffic sounds. The breakfast was buffet style for an extra 1,000 yen. The food was not great, with few vegetarian options, so I recommend just getting something outside. I guess it's fine if you just want fuel.

Location is good as it's a short walk to the train station and metro line, just a few stops from Dotonburi. You can also catch the train nearby which goes directly to Kyoto for a day trip. The service is outstanding and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a nice communal area to sit in the lobby. There's a 7/11 nearby too, and it's a 10 minute walk to the shopping streets.

I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast as it was fully booked. I hope to try it next time. I love the hotel, it is clean and the location is superb. I want to thank the lady receptionist who suggested the excellent sushi restaurant, Harukoma Honten. The staffs are very helpful. I hope you will keep it up.

Internet was quite bad. I kept getting disconnected from my smartphone. I hope this can be improved next time.

Good location, great staff, nice facilities and 7 eleven is just 2 minutes walk away.

BED BUGS!!! i was totally let down when i saw bed bugs in my bed. Could have given a higher rating to the review but the cleanliness is not there when it comes to the mattress. I wanted to come to this hotel but the bed bugs experience gave me the freaks.

Only downside was the alarm going off at night but that wasn’t the hotels fault a guest had started smoking at 2am as an English speaker who couldn’t understand the blaring Japanese alarm it was quite the shock! The staff handled it will though!

Property was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of a coin laundry and Umeda. A little confusing to find at first because the entrance is tucked away up a staircase but that could be user error.

A bit far from a metro station, depending on what line you’re intending to take; however, the walk is quite scenic as the surrounding area is pleasant.

Everything was good. Staff are very kindly, there are a lobby where you can have some coffee, water and tables to have your meal for free. (No charges).

If i have to say something, maybe the hotel is far from a subway station. But it doesn't matter at all.

Location near the river, great expresso, a good smoking area outside. The cold water flavored with lemon was a nice touch. The bath salt was as well, although we did not use it.

The carpet is a bit frayed in the elevator.
