Great location! The building's basement has direct access to Yodoyabashi station (Midosuji subway line). Very easy to transfer to Namba Station and Umeda Station to get to the JR line and Nankai line, so getting around was very easy. Surrounding areas are very quiet and clean. Convinience stores, izakayas, post office nearby. The amenities bar at the reception area is always in stock. They even provide items other hotels don't usually provide, e.g. disposable bath sponges, hair ties, facial masks, etc! Pajamas were provided, too. As an introvert, the self-check in and self check-out option is great. Staff are super patient and helpful. Microwaves, coin laundry machines, ice machine, and drinks vending machine available in the "common" area near the reception. One of the laundry machines accept IC cards, which was really convinient.

My wife and I stayed here during our trip to Japan in January 2024 and were very happy with it. This is our 2nd Fresa Inn location (first was in Hiroshima in 2023) - the staff was very friendly and spoke English, the rooms were clean and the location was very good. The hotel even had elevator access to the Osaka Metro, only a few mins walk from Yodoyabashi Station. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, comfy and quiet hotel. The room is not that small compared to other places I’ve stayed. The bathroom was large enough and very well equipped. The special products and pyjamas are at the reception downstairs which is easy to grab. 🚇 For people coming in from the subway: 🚇 - Walk towards Exit 2 (because exit 16-17 are not marked anywhere and those are the hotel exits) - Take the long corridor with the gacha machine - One you see the Riat store in the right corridor - The entrance elevator is on the right, easy to find (See pictures for reference) Once I got that one down, it’s such a good location, there’s a main subway line and a main train line (to go on a day trip to Uji for exemple) and it’s just so easy. The main red line truly goes all across Osaka and made moving around so easy. Just for the location this hotel is a must and having the direct elevator access is also very smooth. There’s coffees and bakery all around as well a very good restaurants. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and The soundproofing was on point, the bed was very comfortable and the AC was very quiet. Absolutely not issues with this stay in Osaka. The staff was friendly and spoke good English too. They clean the room every third day, but you can always ask for fresh towels with the door sign.

The hotel is right on Yodoyabashi underground station, so you can take the elevator to -1F, and you are in the station. It is very easy to travel to kyoto and other destinations. The hotel was clean and modern, self check in, and check out. Loads of amenities on the 3F as well as pyjamas. The room had a mini fridge, the bed was comfy, and you could open the window. You can see if the washing machines are occupied on your tv - tv had only 6 channels all in japanese. Housekeeping was great.

The hotel is in a remote location- business area-, so if you are planning to spend most of your days in osaka, you will need to travel everywhere as it took over 40 minutes to walk to the center of Dotonbori. Also, there are barely any food restaurants around. There is Lawson close by but if you are looking for bigger cheap supermarket ,Life is about 15 minutes walk. Also, nearby roads must be favourite for motorbikes and fast cars as you can hear them speed very loudly throughout the night.

Excellent location. You can access Yodoyabashi metro station directly from the hotel. A station from which you can reach Namba in 5 mins and even get a connection to Kyoto which takes 50 mins. Room was the standard size you might expect from Japan. Comfortable bed and pillows. Free amenities from the lobby. Lovely staff. The breakfast was so delicious that we were overcome with excitement to make it down to the buffet every morning. Front of house spoke English and Japanese. Check in and out with an automated machine with an English-language option. Bathroom was clean and comfortable with a lovely bath. We didn't want to leave. We will be staying here next time we're in Osaka.

Booked the standard non-smoking double room. Has enough space for 2 large suitcases, very clean and comfortable. It has filtered water so can drink straight from tap. Conveniently located right above Yodoyabashi station (keihan & metro) - lift takes you straight down to station.

N/A. Apart from it is not very convenient to go to Umeda Airport Express station from the hotel at midnight (~3am). I chose to walk to the station however would recommend taking taxi due to the walk having lots of stairs!

It was nice stay overall. Clean room, comfy bed, ok breakfast. Great location.

I do not recommend for light sleepers, the AC is consistently making really loud noises during the night. So we just turned off the AC. Cant imagine beeing there in summer. The room is small, but that's typical for Japan. The staff doesn't speak any English, and if you need something special, they have no idea how to handle the situation. Some of them seemed quite nervous because of this

This place is very conveniently located within the station. Simply wheel your suitcases to the correct lift exit within the station after tapping out of the gantry to reach the lobby of the hotel. Clean and modern design. Hotel also has pjs provided and accommodates suitcase storage before and after check-in and check-out respectively. This helped saved time and money locating and paying for suitcase storage at major train stations.

Slightly tough to manoeuvre around the room due to large suitcases. There's only space to open one large suitcase and maybe a medium sized one. Checked in at the hotel for two people, but were provided two different pillows - one extremely soft and one firm pillow. Unfortunately only realised this after one night. Had to request for an additional firm pillow at the lobby the next day.

The location is excellent, both in city placement - within 10 minutes in any direction you will find either a travel hub or something worth seeing or doing - and specific location - the hotel lift goes right down to the Metro station, meaning that there's no need to be dragging luggage around and across roads and you can be out and on a train in just a couple of minutes. The room was comfortable and had everything one would need. The self-check in and self-check out machines and procedures were easy and efficient. Breakfast is available, although I didn't have anything. All in all a good place to stay and I'll return next time I'm in Osaka.

There wasn't really anything to dislike for me.

Very clean and good facilities. Rooms were usual size, worth noting if you have a larger suitcase where isn't room to have it out but they encourage you to store it under the bed. Location was incredible, very quiet as its more of a business district with great eating places just across the road along the river. Hotel elevator gives direct access to the train station which was fantastic. It gave us easy access to the line that connects Umeda and Namba station making it fantastic for day trip transport. Great stay, would recommend
