The hotel is in a great location just around the corner from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is spotless. I enjoyed the public bath and the breakfast. There is also an excellent restaurant a 5 minute walk away (picture attached), great food and a really relaxed atmosphere. This is my second time in Osaka and once you have Namba ticked off, there are some other great places to visit away from the city centre. Minho park/ waterfall being the highlight. Easily accessible from the hotel via train. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Osaka.

Good location not too far from the metro. The rooms were standard, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and very welcoming, they even sent our luggage ahead for us! Everything that you can expect from a Japanese hotel chain really. And it had an onsen!

As per usual with Japanese chain hotels the rooms are rather small but with an upgrade you get more space, so it isn't a problem at all. I wasn't allowed in the onsen due to my tattoos (not a problem, I knew this already).

Quite place, really near to Metro entrances 9, 10 and 12, Family Mart 24 hours nearby, Odana mall also nearby. Nice tiny and comfy onsen public baths for guests on the 2nd floor (though separated by sex). Good buffet breakfast with quite good variety of items available, both western and japanese. Very comfortable bed, nice selection of pillows available. Finally, staff was very friendly and always available to help us.

No negative comments, which is rare to happen.

Straightforward business hotel with good amenities. Very close to the Yodoyabashi subway station (Midosuji line). The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by offices - meaning that there are very few cheap dining options nearby.

No view from the window. Electric lights in the room are very bright and aren't dimmable. So you work on your laptop either in the dark or with distracting reflections on the screen. The room was relatively hot and humid due to weather. So I often had to turn back the AC on after returning to my room. Hotel rules insist on doing room cleaning every 3 days. It's a hassle for travelers who need to stay in the room during the day.

Great location close to Umeda and Namba, quiet neighbourhood, friendly staff

No fruits or granola for breakfast, or much regular salami and cheeses, so for Europeans who are not accustomed to heavy Japanese lunch/breakfast the choice is not really best; rather small rooms without much space for several pieces of luggage - however, would not expect too much for that money; humidity gathers in the room when you leave it in the morning and you feel it upon return, but the air conditioninh solves it rather quickly

Location is less than 5min walk from Yodoyabashi metro station in a quiet business area. Rooms are small by European standards. However, you are in Japan and I'm sure you will look past that! Property and rooms are exceptionally clean. Facilities and amenities are fantastic. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful. The staff in the restaurant were so kind and helpful. The staff on precedent above and beyond to assist, arranging baggage transport to our next destination. Could not praise highly enough.

The rooms while small are well designed so it doesn't feel cramped. The bed was comfortable. The pillow bar and self service amenities bar were nice touches. When heading over from Yodoyabashi station, look for exit 10 as it has the lift to the ground level. While there is not much in the immediate vicinity, this makes for a very pleasant and peaceful stay and you are only a short train ride away to many places to eat and explore.

It was the most spacious amongst all the city hotels we stayed in. The toilet was separated from the bathroom, and both were comfortably sized. Onsen on the second floor was great although it was a bit small and could be packed during peak hours.

The location was a bit unexpected - although it's a short train ride from the central Osaka/Umeda stations, it seems to be smack in the middle of offices, so there were not as many choices for restaurants as I had in the other legs of my journey. But one train station north or south will bring you to very crowded areas with many choices for food.

The onsen was small but very nice. Pillow bar selection and complimentary accessories were a plus. Breakfast was very well and tastefully prepared

Rooms are pretty small, at least for 3 people and only one bed. At breakfast the sweet choice was very limited, mostly salted. The location is in the business part of Osaka so you need to take the subway to reach the tourist attractions. The subway is only 5-10 minutes walk.

Wonderful location, 3min walk from Yodoyabashi Station (exit 12), which connects to Umeda and Namba easily via the metro but is away from all the crazy crowds and noises. Even closer to a convenience store and a supermarket. I like how they have charging cables provided in the room. The public bath was a bonus.

They only give you a free bottle of water if you stay for more than 1 night and do not require cleaning services (which wasn't a big deal, you can always drink tap water in Japan)
