We stayed a total of 7 nights (2 seperated bookings as we visited Tokyo in between) in this hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Osaka in the future. Beautiful hotel, our rooms were clean, and have everything that we need. The location was perfect, close to metro (likely next door), 7-Eleven, many restaurants and other supermarkets nearby. All staff are professional and polite. Thank you!

The rooms are beautiful and generously sized. Cool curved hallway and large windows. The premium lounge is a steal! If you book a room on floors 11-13, you have access to a lounge each night that offers drinks and small bites.

Location was in a very business-oriented part of town, so not much nightlife. But very close to a convenient metro stop, so pretty easy to get to other parts of Osaka.

This hotel was really lovely, very pretty lobby and very nice rooms. I really enjoyed the cafe in the lobby, great coffee and really good breads/sweet treats! There was also a convenience store and the subway entrance right next to the hotel entrance, which was super super convenient. I loved that there were lots of little amenities available including two free waters per day (which was a godsend in the heat) and a humidifier in the room. I had a problem with the humidifier leaking, and the staff were fantastic and came up immediately to try to sort it out and ended up replacing the unit which worked perfectly.

The soundproofing to the corridor is terrible, you can hear everything going on. Couldn't hear anything from the rooms either side weirdly enough, but people being loud in the corridor was something I really noticed across my stay. Most of the time it isn't a problem though, just if you happen to have some loud neighbouring guests on your floor!

Booked it the same day as we checked in. I’m glad it was available! Really nice hotel with great location. Everything we wanted to see was very close by metro (which is in the same building basically)

I’ve read a lot of reviews and all the things that were said about cleaning were true lol But it was not horrible, it was ok. Window is not soundproof. Some noises from the street you can clearly hear. There is a fire department nearby and you will know it right when you check in. Overall we still got a good night sleep. Maybe if you are very sensitive you should get earplugs

The hotel was fantastic, excellent rooms, good size and comfortable. The rooms can be cleaned daily if you request it and plenty of amenities in the rooms and at the hotel reception including skincare. The hotel breakfast however is not the best. We saw reviews saying it was exceptional, however being from Australia, there wasn’t much in the way of quality bacon, the scrambled egg was powdered and lots of other options for breakfast more leaning towards Japanese style food. It is also expensive at 2700¥. The bakery next door to the hotel is a much better option for breakfast, a lot more affordable, barista coffee, plenty of options food wise and great service. Overall we loved our stay and would come again!

The location in the heart of Ginza was very convenient, with excellent access to shopping and great food options. There is a7/11 just 2 mins away. The projector in our room was fantastic — it was easy to set up by simply following the instructions. My 14-year-old daughter had no trouble doing this herself, which allowed us to enjoy Netflix and YouTube during our stay. The room was very comfortable, and a special touch was the ability to connect our phone via Bluetooth to play music through the speakers inside the shower, adding to the overall experience. C

Having to walk through the bar/club area to reach the lifts can be awkward; on one occasion, the main lifts opened directly onto a (half naked) dancer performing on a table as I was arriving late with my daughter. During busy nights, navigating through party guests to access the lifts can be challenging and may require careful maneuvering. The laundry room is conveniently located, but please be aware that if laundry items are not collected from the dryer on time, staff will bag and put them away, whether they are dry or not. Most loads may require a few spins to dry completely, so planning for additional drying time is advisable.

The location is perfect—there’s a 7-Eleven and a FamilyMart literally downstairs, with an AEON supermarket right across the street. Hopping on the train is a breeze too: the T Line, K Line and JR are right at the doorstep. Bonus: Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street is next door, packed with awesome eats, cool shops and tons to explore. If it’s your first trip to Osaka, this hotel is hands-down the best bang for your buck!

The room’s kinda tight and the bed’s small—you can just about lay a 28-inch suitcase flat. The mini-fridge is meh: doesn’t seem to drop to 4 °C and there’s no way to tweak the temp. Plus, it’s pretty dusty under the bed—looks like housekeeping never runs a vacuum down there.

It is a hotel not a cabin. This is a very compact hotel room but there is at least a small place to hang your clothes and room to open the suitcase. It is half the size of an American hotel room but there are smaller than this in Japan (and bigger if you want to pay more). If you like breakfast the hotel buffet, or bakery are the best options. The location is perfect for Tenjin Matsuri. The hotel is a sponsor. The shrine is a couple of blocks away and we could see the parades from our room (it was much better to watch on the street. After the fireworks at the river it was not a bad walk back to the hotel. There is a grocery store across the street and 100s of stores and places to eat on the Tenjinbashisuji a block away. Tip: The closest exit from the train station is right at the hotel. However, it doesn't have an escalator. Use one that does if you have luggage.

The fridge does not keep drinks cold. If you don't have a room key in the switch the lights and even toilet doesn't work. There are only 3 washing machines shared by the entire hotel. Clothes do not dry in the room. So you have to use the coin laundry.

The breakfast was definitely one of the best I have seen in japan, and the amenities are the same. We received free face masks, a spf, toner, bath salt, and others from the reception. The lobby was spacious, and we could leave our luggage there for a few hours after checkout. Great deal

There sometimes was a queue when waiting to get a table for breakfast. Waiting is not usually a problem, except for when you are reminded at 9:50 that breakfast will close in 10 minutes, and you did not finish drinking your coffee yet because you waited in line 20minutes. But these are just details, and they really dont affect your stay too much.

The location was very convenient as the hotel was right next to the train station which made going to all the places we wanted to visit very straightforward. The room was decently sized and the beds, although a little small, were quite comfortable. The breakfast was tasty but the menu items did not change much and did not have that many options. But, for the price point, it was worth what we paid.

We went during summer so there were mosquitos in the room we stayed in. My partner, brother and I got bitten several times throughout the night during our stay which was a bit annoying. This wasn't an issue in the other hotels we stayed at.
