Excellent location. This hotel is very close to Hommachi station and there other major avenues. Easy access to major Osaka metro lines and situated at a commercial neighbourhoods. It’s easy to find lots of chain restaurants in this area and not far from major tourist attractions. And there’s a Life supermarket not too far from there.

Although the room is spacious it seems like it’s not being utilized effectively. For example they could have hang the tv on the wall to free up some space from the desk (which is already small). There’s no hook in the bathroom to hang clothes and there’s only one towel rack. It would be nice to have more hooks /shelves on the wall in the room . Besides these they only provide toothbrushes, you’ll need to bring your own cotton swab. No disposable sleepers either.

The location was great, it was really easy to get around the city. The neighborhood was convenient and quiet. The location is also pretty good if you're interested in Otaku life. It's very easy to take the subway (or walk if you like walking) to Umeda or Nippombashi and if you miss the last train while drinking in Namba, it's just about 30 minute's walk to the hotel.

The bathroom was way too small. I couldn't stand in the shower without my arms touching something unless I stood perpendicular to the show nozzle. The toilet was also a bit cramped. Also, just for the sake of sustainability, I would have loved the choice to opt out of fresh towels and pjs. The English to turn on the fridge was wrong, so I got confused. It said to turn on a "switch," but the actual mechanism was a dial inside the fridge.

Breakfast was a little bit not enough and same everyday. Only 1 electric socket. Bathroom was quite small.

The hotel is good, the location too. But this is an express hotel. I stayed in a hotel of this chain in another city, where the room was better. But overall the hotel is ok.
