Comfortable room! It was significantly more comfortable than capsule hotels and hostels which I've stayed at before. I love how there's a microwave at the ground floor. I bought food from convenience stores and it was a godsend. The provided electric kettle in the room also provided supply of hot water, which was great as I prefer to drink warm water. Tip: Prefer taking the subway either from Awaza station (Sennichimae line, pink) or Hommachi station (Yotsubashi line, blue). Awaza is much more straightforward. If you need to take the (Chuo line, green) or (Midosuji line, red), be prepared to walk an ungodly distance underground, as Hommachi station is HUGE and it takes about 5min to transfer by foot between each line, all underground. I was also concerned abt the low reviews of the convenience stores nearby. But I quickly realised that's the case for all convenience stores in Japan and so far my experience at all of them have been great. The availability of a 7-11 right beside the hotel is super convenient. There's also a family mart decently nearby.

There was information on nearby food restaurants which was nice

For a budget hotel I like everything in it in general, including the fact that convenience store is literally just beside the hotel. The room has everything I need and there were washer and dryer too. The staff is used to English-speaking guests and that is very useful for foreign guests.

It is somewhat on the compact side, so there was not much space, but still more than enough for me to do a bit of work on my laptop and open my luggage on the floor.

The staff was friendly and really helpful. After checking out I realised I had forgotten my glasses in the room (I was already on my way to another city). I contacted the hotel and they sent glasses to me the next day! The hotel is located 5 min walk from the subway. Bus stops are also really near. For those who like to walk, it will take you 30 min to get to the center (Umeda).

The room meet up the expectation that I can have with every hotel (cleaning, space, etc.) The location was near by public transport (metro and bus). The hotel is in the city center (30 minutes walking to Dotombori) so most of the interest zones are close by. The staff was really friendly to us

The space of the room was meant to be for short stay (for us wasn´t a problem!) but you need to consider the amount of nights that you will be in the city (the room didn´t have a closet or many drawers for clothes)

Very comfortable stay. It's a basic room, but had everything you needed. There was even a coin laundry in the hotel. Bed was comfy and the wifi was super quick.

There wasn't much happening in the area, but the hotel close by to metro stations so it was easy to get around. They provided us a map of restaurants in the area, but I would have also liked some information on things to do in Osaka in general.

It is within walking distance to Dotonbori district and several metro stations. It is so easy to navigate from this hotel. The service and staff are great. The room is small but it is a standard in Japan. 7/11 is one step away from the hotel.

There is nothing that we don't like. Everything was good as we expected.

The hotel is easy to find and also kind of close to the train station. They have a vending machine and also the rooms are cozy. The staff are nice and smiling when they greet you. There is a very close convenience store and restaurant around.

The room is quite old but maintained. The bathroom is very small.

Within walking distance to Hommachi station on the Osaka Metro, which places the hotel in the middle of the Osaka-Umeda transport hub and the bustling Namba/Dontonburi districts. An array of stores are found nearby in case you need anything. Rooms were comfortable and the lift is very fast so you don't waste precious time waiting at the hotel lobby

Bathtub is quite small but you get what you pay for, and the rest of the hotel more than makes up for it

Room very comfortable, bathroom small but functional. Had a lift to 9th floor I was on. Staff always smiled and helpful. Spoke broken English but ok to find out what you needed to. Seven 11 next door.

Location perhaps but this reflects on price I think.
