One thing I really appreciated was the bathroom, which had a drying function — very convenient for doing laundry and getting clothes dried quickly. However, the bed was too hard and uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our rest. Improving the mattress comfort would make the stay much better.

The area was very nice and the rooms were spacious for the value paid for. To be honest it is a really good value hotel with a good area since it's also near 2 train stations to get around.

The only dislike I had was there not being any staff to be there to help as we ran into some easy-to-solve issues but due to not having any staff on the property and their call line offering English, it was a small downside.

Perfect location—very close to the station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very easy to find. The host was very helpful, and the apartment was well-equipped with towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and cleaning products. I also really liked that it had a balcony. We spent 15 days in Japan, and this was the best place we stayed.

The mattress was way to hard

The place is pretty well located near a subway and lots of local restaurants nearby. The bed is not the most comfortable, but also not as hard as some of the other reviews made it seem (at least not the one we got). The apartment itself has everything you need. There was a slight smell coming from the washroom. Check-in was easy. Overall it was pretty good!

The property manager was very responsive and informative. They prepare a house rules booklet so even though we weren't familiar with some living customs and the unit facilities, we can manage them. The facilities worked well. The unit was small but very compact, tidy and clean.

towels had slightly unpleasant fishy smell I would like more towel hangers in the bathroom. If they could offer towel changes at least like every 3 days it would be awasome

i like the fact that it offer all the basic things you need. complete kitchen, toiletries, washing machine and even has air purifier which I appreciate. its 100% contactless too! on top of that, you can dry your washed clothes in the bathroom and its going to be completely dry after 5 hours! huge help especially during winter when hanging clothes to dry outside doesn’t make sense. way better than a hotel and in affordable price

The apartment was good, it had everything l expected but the bed was terrible. I’m use to a firm mattress but this was like a board. In travelling in Japan it was the worst. I had to use the doona folded up four times to try and alleviate the pain in my hips.
